Upon support request they seemed to not even understand what I was talking about and took over 8h for the 1st answer to a ticket (both on site and discord). Also lost my money as they have no logic refund policy according to their legal docs on site. Stay away if you expect something done with expertise.

I had issues with Xgaming from day 1… I had issues with Xgaming from day 1 but tried to work through them as the reviews for this service were pretty decent. But after them failing to refund me after a issue with purchasing and them cancelling my server halfway through a month of using the service I have to say it's been too much. would not recommend, service support was also abysmal.
