The head to head cash games are matched using their “fair play” matching system to benifit players when it is actually set up to 100% benifit skillz by keeping players as close to a 50% win rate as possible to maximize their rake. I did a $100 + 30 bonus deposit. On that deposit I played $870 worth on buyins and paid $134 in rake. Support gives no answers on why their ranking system is hidden and no answer on why their is no separate level for events and bracket play. Users have no control of their own… Users have no control of their own accounts… users may NOT delete their account, and Skillz will only “disable” it if begged to do so. Skillz is very scammy and sus in that they keep my personal info even after I ask them to delete it. If you want to keep any control at all over your personal info, RUN AWAY from Skillz. Also, their “support” is useless. Most unintelligent AI I’ve ever encountered.
