Users have no control of their own… Users have no control of their own accounts… users may NOT delete their account, and Skillz will only “disable” it if begged to do so. Skillz is very scammy and sus in that they keep my personal info even after I ask them to delete it. If you want to keep any control at all over your personal info, RUN AWAY from Skillz. Also, their “support” is useless. Most unintelligent AI I’ve ever encountered.

Very bad customer service Games are fun enough but withdrawing money once you begin to turn a profit is a complete joke. They drag their feet and only provide canned response to inquiries about your payment. Some of the customer service people seem to take great pleasure in pushing your buttons. It’s a terrible company to deal with. Seems like such a simple formula. You win, they pay. They clearly either have money issues or culture issues or both. I’ve played for 2 years now and all was well until I started to turn a profit.

I would have given 0 stars if possible I would have given 0 stars if possible. Scam game. So I lost while honing my skill at solitaire. Finally started winning. I was then matched up with higher skilled players. Again I lost. You will never win. They call this fair. You are matched according to skill instead of randomly. Can you imagine this taking place at a blackjack table? The app takes money for each game that's played. The way they match will assure that you never win. If you do, they charge a fee to cash out.
