Outstanding product and service First of all the product is amazing. I have Plano lenses for the Questpro, and 3 and they fit perfectly and securely. I cannot be more happy with the clarity and functionality of the product itself. On top that, their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with delivery. their customer service rep. I believe his name is Eric who manages the help chat helped me swiftly and kindly. He was able to give me descriptions in more detail and help me with my issue. even address it to the point where he resent another lens to replace the one at no additional cost

Great quality and amazing customer service The product was in great packaging, and the quality was really good. I got the magnetic prescription lenses for Quest 3. I had my prescription wrong (I did + instead of - values) and they offered a great discount on my next order with the corrected prescription. Their customer service was amazing and the resolved my issue within a day.

Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service I have a very strong and complexed lens prescription, consequently the first pair of lenses were good, however, due to the high index plastic used to make them thinner, I found that visibility wasn't as good at the edges of the lens I contacted HONVR and their customer service was absolutely exceptional. They made and shipped me a new pair with non high-index plastic which, although expectedly thicker, provide me absolutely perfect edge to edge vision in my headset I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Best vr accessory purchase! I have a high index lense and yet, they still filed it when no other company would, my glasses lenses tend to be $300 but they did it all for $67 and told me only 5 days, seriously? The came so fast and they are perfect! I see everything so crisp. They clipped right in! No more pressure on my nose or fear of scratching my vr! Wonderful!

I am very pleased with the Integra goggles custom lens's by Honsvr. I expected the lens's to be off by a bit, slightly blurry, but I was wrong, the lens's are perfect, looking through my Integra goggles is better than looking through my progressive lens's in my glasses. I have astigmatism in both eyes so the diopter lens's do not help me. These are well worth it and high quality packaging as well.
