Amazing sellers, after a bad experience with first lenses which were touching and scraping my vr lenses, they accepted to send me another pair of prescription lenses with thicker mountning for free, which absolutely feels amazing and safer than the first ones. Mindblowing experience overall, you can buy products from them eyes closed ! (got it ? ;) )

Great quality and amazing customer service The product was in great packaging, and the quality was really good. I got the magnetic prescription lenses for Quest 3. I had my prescription wrong (I did + instead of - values) and they offered a great discount on my next order with the corrected prescription. Outstanding product and service First of all the product is amazing. I have Plano lenses for the Questpro, and 3 and they fit perfectly and securely. I cannot be more happy with the clarity and functionality of the product itself. On top that, their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with delivery. their customer service rep. I believe his name is Eric who manages the help chat helped me swiftly and kindly. He was able to give me descriptions in more detail and help me with my issue. even address it to the point where he resent another lens to replace the one at no additional cost

Absolutely the best customer service ever, anywhere. SO highly Recommended. Absolutely the best customer service I've had from any company for anything ever. -- Honsvr were the first out of the blocks with the PSVR2 lenses, so the odd teething trouble is to be expected. Their lenses from day 1 have been top notch, the holder I've had the odd issue with. For me, the mark of a good company doesn't have to be about a trouble-free purchase, it's how they deal with issues when they come up and HonsVR have gone that extra mile every time.
