It is one of a very few companies that I found that were able to make the lenses for my very high +8.50 prescription. After ordering Honsvr swiftly emailed me to let me know the lenses for my prescription will take a few days longer which is understandable. They were shipped to me within 12 days which is more than reasonable with the added lead time for the special order. They are very easy to install and are absolutely crystal clear. Amazing for my VR i was using my… Amazing for my VR i was using my glasses but brought these as my glasses was annoying and at risk of scratching the lens in the PSVR2. These are a game changer, top quality and fast delivery from china, only a week. Also customer service is top notch, i messed up my prescription and they sent me the first prescription i sent in, but after talking to eric, sent me a second pair free with blue filter also included. Cant beat the customer service thank you

These lenses are without doubt the best… These lenses are without doubt the best value on the market, not far off half the price of when you buy them from the UK and they're excellent quality . An unbelievable processing time. Took 7 days to arrive from me ordering, some UK spectacle companies take over two weeks to do the same thing, and these come from China. Customer service is second to none. Ask them a question, and you have a reply in less than an hour, the UK should also take a leaf out of this companies book, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service I have a very strong and complexed lens prescription, consequently the first pair of lenses were good, however, due to the high index plastic used to make them thinner, I found that visibility wasn't as good at the edges of the lens I contacted HONVR and their customer service was absolutely exceptional. They made and shipped me a new pair with non high-index plastic which, although expectedly thicker, provide me absolutely perfect edge to edge vision in my headset I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Outstanding product and service First of all the product is amazing. I have Plano lenses for the Questpro, and 3 and they fit perfectly and securely. I cannot be more happy with the clarity and functionality of the product itself. On top that, their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with delivery. their customer service rep. I believe his name is Eric who manages the help chat helped me swiftly and kindly. He was able to give me descriptions in more detail and help me with my issue. even address it to the point where he resent another lens to replace the one at no additional cost
