Service. Price. Quality. Speed. 10/10 These guys are great. A little over 6 years ago I started a glory of the raider achievement and was missing just two achievements so they compromised their price and got it done asap. Their service was wonderful. Now, years later, I've used their services again and had some payment complications which weren't resolved until after the "discount time" was over. However, they kept my discounted price and again, got the service done asap. They offered their complete support, attention, and a workaround during the process over the course of two days. Their prices are also actually reasonable unlike a lot of other WoW service companies.

Best team of professional service boosters So I'll just say this don't take the bad reviews to heart. I feel bad that others aren't happy. But in my experience their's no comparison with these excellent team. So of my orders like The Hivemind, several others mounts, and achievements in almost a year have been meet with great timing. If your looking for a straight up good bunch of people they are always keeping in touch with you. I highly recommend to anyone to order from them. My 12 orders have not been let downs. They're always in contact with me on Discord. My case worker (for privacy she knows who she is. I talk with her on all my orders) she is amazing. Always responds to my questions, and does special requests that aren't in the instruction tabs. I look forward to working with them when Shadowland comes out in a few months, and beyond. Trustworthy, good communication, best price, very comfortable experience. Cheaper compared to its competitors. Good communications, trustworthy, and overall a good experience. I was scared at first because I was dropping a bit of money but it was worth it. I'll most likely come back and purchase if I am too lazy to do anything myself.

Very dedicated to their customers I recently placed my first order with Raiditem and, while we got off to a rough start with a misunderstanding in the initial ordering process leading to the wrong character ending up with the item I'd ordered, we were able to sort things out. The staff was very attentive to me as a customer and wanted to ensure that I came away from the experience satisfied, taking time out of their schedule to farm a second mount on the correct character for me to ensure everything was squared away.
