Even for newcomers, that aren't used to the site yet they have patience and take their time tonexplain how things work or how certain sellers work things. I throughly would recommend this site for anyone be it newcomers to Star Citizen or even veterans looking to upgrade their ships, sell theirs or even newcomers looking for a good start upgrade for cheap and yet have no disadvantages.

The best customer service I've seen Not only did they provide the ship, they also helped me work through a bug for TWO DAYS of constant communication, even when RSI couldn't help me, they were able to find a solution to the problem. If I could give 10 stars, their support team deserves every one of them.

Excellent Value and Customer Service Star Hangar offers a variety of ships not currently on the pledge store, often with lifetime insurance via ccu upgrades at affordable prices. After my first purchase on the site, I emailed Star Hangar customer support when the (reputable) seller accidentally made a mistake. Star Hangar and their seller both responded to my email within an hour to ensure the situation was resolved completely. CIG could seriously learn something about customer service from Star Hangar. I once waited a month for CIG to process a refund.

Fast delivery - no problems Not the first time I've ordered here. I've ordered here over 10 times already, and so far never had any problems. Delivery from the various sellers always within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Rarely does anyone really need the full 24 hours.
