10/10 order glitched out and was… 10/10 order glitched out and was charged but order wasn’t placed. Took only 1 hour to get it fully refunded and taken care of! Customer support is top notch and is easy to get ahold of and responds fast! Cannot recommend this company and staff enough! Will be making all my Star Citizen purchases from them from now on! They earned a life long customer!

Excellent Value and Customer Service Star Hangar offers a variety of ships not currently on the pledge store, often with lifetime insurance via ccu upgrades at affordable prices. After my first purchase on the site, I emailed Star Hangar customer support when the (reputable) seller accidentally made a mistake. Star Hangar and their seller both responded to my email within an hour to ensure the situation was resolved completely. CIG could seriously learn something about customer service from Star Hangar. I once waited a month for CIG to process a refund.
