Excellent Value and Customer Service Star Hangar offers a variety of ships not currently on the pledge store, often with lifetime insurance via ccu upgrades at affordable prices. After my first purchase on the site, I emailed Star Hangar customer support when the (reputable) seller accidentally made a mistake. Star Hangar and their seller both responded to my email within an hour to ensure the situation was resolved completely. CIG could seriously learn something about customer service from Star Hangar. I once waited a month for CIG to process a refund.

wrong ship received, but… I actually ordered from star hanger, as a saw an item at a great price for my CCU chain, and ended up receiving the wrong ship, essentially rendering the upgrade useless. After the seller, who made the mistake, was unable to resolve the issue star hanger themselves then sent me the previous two ships needed to complete the chain. I don’t think they could have and handled it any better and communication with Kai, who was helping me, was great. I’d bought from them previously and I’ll be doing so again :) thanks guys

Delivery times are very good, and the prices are lower than competing sites. They also have real time customer service chat if there's a problem with your order via Discord.
