wrong ship received, but… I actually ordered from star hanger, as a saw an item at a great price for my CCU chain, and ended up receiving the wrong ship, essentially rendering the upgrade useless. After the seller, who made the mistake, was unable to resolve the issue star hanger themselves then sent me the previous two ships needed to complete the chain. I don’t think they could have and handled it any better and communication with Kai, who was helping me, was great. I’d bought from them previously and I’ll be doing so again :) thanks guys

Excellent Service, I’ve been a long time user of the service, it always provide a timely service with a good system in place beneficial for both buyers and sellers. Money is received for sellers on time while buyers receive a comfortable guarantee on their product or a refund should a replacement not be available. Communication, is exceptional with a discord available for fast responses from customers, sellers and staff alike. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Not worth the headache, even if they "accept" crypto. I've made 2 transactions with Star Hangar and they've both come with headaches. The first took way longer than the 24-hour guarantee because the seller didn't get the sale email; said it went to spam. To be fair, this isn't star-hangars fault. I had to get Star Hangar support involved and it still took a couple days to get the ships I bought, but said ships were delivered and the seller was apologetic. The second (and what will become the final) time I used Star Hangar was when I recently bought another ship, paid with crypto (BTC), and the transaction was immediately cancelled; said the seller couldn't deliver the ship. I asked for a refund rather than store credit. It took 2 weeks of going back and forth with the support staff to get MOST of the refund returned to me. First they said the refund was done, then they said there was a problem with the refund, then they said it SHOULD have been done, then they found the rejected transaction and submitted a new transaction... It was a major headache. And I'm not sure if the shortage in the refund is fee or whatever, but I'm tired of emailing/fighting with them. TL;DR... Support staff does the best they can. Accounting team is worthless. Stock isn't monitored Sellers don't really pay attention. Moral... Hop on Reddit, verify your info their way, and... AVOID STAR-HANAR.COM
