GBSend item to the wrong account. Paid for an item with PayPal to protect myself. My email for the user profile on the website is the same as my SC account. I send the admin a message on discord that my email for PayPal and SC account are different and what account was the correct email to send the item to. They sent the item to the wrong item anyway. Admin staff didn't speak English and clearly didn't care once they had my money. Don't use this website.

GBExceptional Service for both buyers and sellers. Excellent Service, I’ve been a long time user of the service, it always provide a timely service with a good system in place beneficial for both buyers and sellers. Money is received for sellers on time while buyers receive a comfortable guarantee on their product or a refund should a replacement not be available. Communication, is exceptional with a discord available for fast responses from customers, sellers and staff alike. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

ESExcellent Value and Customer Service Star Hangar offers a variety of ships not currently on the pledge store, often with lifetime insurance via ccu upgrades at affordable prices. After my first purchase on the site, I emailed Star Hangar customer support when the (reputable) seller accidentally made a mistake. Star Hangar and their seller both responded to my email within an hour to ensure the situation was resolved completely. CIG could seriously learn something about customer service from Star Hangar. I once waited a month for CIG to process a refund.

ESPerfect experience Very good prices, a great support service, secure service or refund, and even better: they have patience with my shenanigans and my dumb things. I was through 2 tickets, more than a week of talks, checking with their internal service, at the end it was something I didn't check correctly, but they helped me without any problem until it was solved. I trusted them and I will continue trusting them. Problems with your product? Wrong product? Out of stock? The seller scammed you? "My Account > My Support Tickets > Create Ticket" and it will be solved!
