Awesome website I've gone to gamemammy tons of times now. The service is great and always fast. When the customer service (moon) is online, you get quick, straight forward replies and you receive your gold in no less than 20 minutes, and it's almost always quicker than that. The transaction is always quick and simple and I have always gotten exactly what I paid for. Another thing that I love is the prices. The prices are always lower than almost anywhere else that I could find and there's never any complications during the delivery. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Slow to respond to anything, while ignoring most questions. Would not communicate and answer simple questions. Did not want to deliver the product in the manner I asked for. Would not tell give me an eta on delivery, I sat there for a full hour asking for an estimate before i got a reply, "we are working on it". This carried on to the next day, and didn't even make it that far. Hours later (after work) I queried again, it was made clear in very few words that it had been forgotten about. It was delivered within 10 minutes of this... While i got my product, I was not happy with the customer service, especially regarding a purchase that I wasn't 100% comfortable making in the first place.

A gaint scam DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUT FroM THIS SITE! I ordered $100 worth of gold for Vindictus and never received my order. I ordered in November, and would continually contact "moon" in the online support. Whenever I asked about my order, the only response I EVER got was "I am working on your order". When ever I mentioned that I wanted a refund, they wouldn't answer. At the end of December I even tryied to contact Paypal about getting a refund, but they wouldnt refund me. They're response was: Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked. Don't EVER buy form this site. I will never get that $100 back.
