Mcluck is the real deal Mcluck is a good casino, great customer service, they do VIP transfers, giveaways, free scs, have loyalty program and I've already won a few thousand too, cash out waiting time isn't too long unless they're backed up from paying out alot of people.. One more update.. I've posted several reviews. I'm now updating my rating. Mcluck did go out of there way to correct the issues that happened with my redemption and I received it last night. As mentioned before, the customer service has been wonderful. The games are great and the added jackpot spins are a plus. I commend Mcluck for correcting the error and within a timely manner. I just hope that future redemptions don't turn out the same way.

Customer service doesn’t respond Well, after being a long time member, the bad has come. I have waited 6 days so far for a response as to why they won’t honor their referral bonuses and they lied about it. They just keep emailing that they will respond in 48 hours. Live chat stated that my referrals weren’t verified but after I sent proof they were indeed verified and they had spent several hundreds of dollars but I haven’t received any bonus, now McLuck has quit responding. They do NOT honor their own terms and customer service doesn’t respond.
