GBCustomer service doesn’t respond Well, after being a long time member, the bad has come. I have waited 6 days so far for a response as to why they won’t honor their referral bonuses and they lied about it. They just keep emailing that they will respond in 48 hours. Live chat stated that my referrals weren’t verified but after I sent proof they were indeed verified and they had spent several hundreds of dollars but I haven’t received any bonus, now McLuck has quit responding. They do NOT honor their own terms and customer service doesn’t respond.

GBSupport still needs work This is an updated review from my last deleted one. In my last review I was very upset by Mcluck not responding to my support tickets, taking so long. I was contacted by McLuck agent from said trust pilot review. The agent did offer a nice apology package, I will say. Still..... their support needs a lot of work contacting people back, following through. I still am not hearing back from previous tickets I made, I'm patient too, I'm talking days. Since you can leave your Mcluck account number here which I did. I want to make it clear I have decided to keep my account open and active for now. All games are working now on both android and ios. Please ignore my previous tickets and reply to me to confirm my account will remain open, thank you. I do enjoy the site, but also do want better support and more timely support.
