Sure I've won a few bucks on a scratch off here and there but nothing crazy for sure. Support still needs work This is an updated review from my last deleted one. In my last review I was very upset by Mcluck not responding to my support tickets, taking so long. I was contacted by McLuck agent from said trust pilot review. The agent did offer a nice apology package, I will say. Still..... their support needs a lot of work contacting people back, following through. I still am not hearing back from previous tickets I made, I'm patient too, I'm talking days. Since you can leave your Mcluck account number here which I did. I want to make it clear I have decided to keep my account open and active for now. All games are working now on both android and ios. Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. You will receive an email every 48 hours stating that they will contact you in 48 hours. Then, they stop responding completely. Zero payout. Zero account resolution. Have been receiving the runaround for weeks. They also credit accounts for good reviews and I'm sure that's the only reason that they have a decent review on Trustpilot.
