GBOne more update.. I've posted several reviews. I'm now updating my rating. Mcluck did go out of there way to correct the issues that happened with my redemption and I received it last night. As mentioned before, the customer service has been wonderful. The games are great and the added jackpot spins are a plus. I commend Mcluck for correcting the error and within a timely manner. I just hope that future redemptions don't turn out the same way.

GBCustomer service doesn’t respond Well, after being a long time member, the bad has come. I have waited 6 days so far for a response as to why they won’t honor their referral bonuses and they lied about it. They just keep emailing that they will respond in 48 hours. Live chat stated that my referrals weren’t verified but after I sent proof they were indeed verified and they had spent several hundreds of dollars but I haven’t received any bonus, now McLuck has quit responding. They do NOT honor their own terms and customer service doesn’t respond.

GBSimply amazing ID#779861241 Simply amazing, I'm speechless. I never have any luck, I usually go to a casino just to past time never thinking I'm actually going to win anything. Sure I've won a few bucks on a scratch off here and there but nothing crazy for sure. I had a rough day at work and purchased a a few spins worth of SC on Mcluck and won a royal on Aztec Fire for 20k, I couldn't believe it.
