Possibly received refurbished/used? Both Nvidia Shield and controller for the menu showed noticeable wear and minor scraches. Which led me to believe I either received a refurbished system or a used system returned by a previous customer. Also the Sega Saturn emulator did come installed but no games were included. Over all, I am pretty content with the rest of the games and emulators which is why I decided to give 3 stars instead of 2.

Great product with top notch technical… Great product with top notch technical support, have helped me address any emulation issues (which are inherent to emulation, not the fault of the product.) Thousands of games and a great value all things considered. The unit is well put together as this far works 100% as intended, hardware-wise. Easy to set up and get going without needing vas technical know-how.. purchased as I wanted to save time and not assemble and compile Tom myself, and this was perfect for that. Recommended highly

A superior product and am very much… A superior product and am very much enjoying it! Some of the games like Marvel vs street fighter and marvel vs capcom dont work and cant get past the time and date screen for the Dreamcast but everything else works wonderfully! Hands down 5 stars!

The perfect Nostalgic System This company has been very helpful with every question and or issue I’ve had. They’re always there to help even though it occasionally may take a day or so to respond they’re very kind and go in depth with their answers. The Fully loaded Nvidia Shield is top notch and I have no complaints whatsoever. If you’re looking for the perfect nostalgic emulator from a great company with 1000’s of iconic games I highly recommend Retro Drive 5 stars!

Only thing I would do is send some… Only thing I would do is send some instructions as far as getting to all the systems and how to add games if you wanted to other wise it is awesome so far the GameCube seems to run pretty terrible.... after a month or 2 I was contacted and they are making a guide that they will be putting on YouTube about how to operate the device. Seems like they really do care about how the machine runs and how they can make it better.
