Product seems ok, customer service seems lacking. I finally got my system 22 days after placing the order. I had an issue connecting the Bluetooth controller to the system, sent a message through the website. Ended up figuring it out myself. Still no response from the company 5 days later. Games play ok but having some other issues. Again sent a message through the website. They said response time was less than 24 hrs. Still no response 4 days later. Product seems ok, customer service seems lacking.

overall it's good to have your own… overall it's good to have your own website. It seems a little unfinished to have a page scroll on for a long time and extending the page when clicking on products to view. Opening another page or tabs would improve ease of access and user friendliness. I wish I could find your product on other pages as well as I had a hard time remembering your product name in the sea of other retro consoles listed on other major shipping company sites.

Possibly received refurbished/used? Both Nvidia Shield and controller for the menu showed noticeable wear and minor scraches. Which led me to believe I either received a refurbished system or a used system returned by a previous customer. Also the Sega Saturn emulator did come installed but no games were included. Over all, I am pretty content with the rest of the games and emulators which is why I decided to give 3 stars instead of 2.

Awesome!!!! Excellent product and even more excellent customer service. Its rare to find a business that quickly responds to emails and is so willing to help their customers, but Retro Drive does. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would not think twice about buying from them again. Thank you, you have a lifelong customer.

Bought the deluxe version and it's… Bought the deluxe version and it's great! My only gripe is that some N64 games glitch out. The old classics and finding "new" old games is great! Commodore, Colecovision, and Nintendo DS don't work. Kinda bummed because I was "really" looking forward to playing "Chuck Norris Superkicks". Ah well back to cursing about Battletoads...f***ing Battletoads.
