For the most part I'm satisfied with… For the most part I'm satisfied with what I got although the Dreamcast games are pretty much unplayable as either it's really slow or won't even start. The only major issue I had was how long it took to arrive even with using priority mailing. I would get the initial email stating it's waiting to be received at the mail office but then I won't hear anything for weeks even after had sent multiple emails for a status update.

Only thing I would do is send some… Only thing I would do is send some instructions as far as getting to all the systems and how to add games if you wanted to other wise it is awesome so far the GameCube seems to run pretty terrible.... after a month or 2 I was contacted and they are making a guide that they will be putting on YouTube about how to operate the device. Seems like they really do care about how the machine runs and how they can make it better.

Purchased the fully loaded Nvidia… Purchased the fully loaded Nvidia shield. The original power ac adapter was not included instead their was a third party usb c which didn’t not power the Retro drive unit at all. I contacted the retrodrivehelp which they did respond and they said they were going to resolve the issue by first shipping a new power adapter and as last resort replace the unit if problem persists.

Bought the deluxe version and it's… Bought the deluxe version and it's great! My only gripe is that some N64 games glitch out. The old classics and finding "new" old games is great! Commodore, Colecovision, and Nintendo DS don't work. Kinda bummed because I was "really" looking forward to playing "Chuck Norris Superkicks". Ah well back to cursing about Battletoads...f***ing Battletoads.

Possibly received refurbished/used? Both Nvidia Shield and controller for the menu showed noticeable wear and minor scraches. Which led me to believe I either received a refurbished system or a used system returned by a previous customer. Also the Sega Saturn emulator did come installed but no games were included. Over all, I am pretty content with the rest of the games and emulators which is why I decided to give 3 stars instead of 2.
