GBProduct seems ok, customer service seems lacking. I finally got my system 22 days after placing the order. I had an issue connecting the Bluetooth controller to the system, sent a message through the website. Ended up figuring it out myself. Still no response from the company 5 days later. Games play ok but having some other issues. Again sent a message through the website. They said response time was less than 24 hrs. Still no response 4 days later. Product seems ok, customer service seems lacking.

GBoverall it's good to have your own… overall it's good to have your own website. It seems a little unfinished to have a page scroll on for a long time and extending the page when clicking on products to view. Opening another page or tabs would improve ease of access and user friendliness. I wish I could find your product on other pages as well as I had a hard time remembering your product name in the sea of other retro consoles listed on other major shipping company sites.

GBGreat deal I’m always nervous about purchasing things online, but since it wasn’t expensive I figured it was worth a shot. I got retrodrive a few days later, and man, I was not ready for the nostalgia. It took me back to my childhood where I didn’t have a single care other than beating these insanely difficult bosses. My son is almost five so I wanted to show him the ropes and let him experience the best part about my childhood first hand. I highly recommend this to anyone!
