CAGame Changer I suffer from arthritis so my trigger finger just can't keep up with the kids. I've always wanted to play with pistols and semi-automatic weapons on COD so I thought I'd give the IntensaFire v3.0 a try. To make it easier, I ordered it pre-installed in a custom controller with bullet casing buttons for the Xbox. BEST DECISION EVER! The best part is the ease of which I can switch between modes. When I need to change to a automatic rifle class, it's just a quick tap of the connect button and DONE.

GBLove it! The mod controls have totally changed the feel of gameplay for me. I use the controllers every time I play a FPS game such as COD. I notice a big difference in shooting. For example, it turned my sniper gun into an automatic! I totally kick but and now one has a clue how I do it! I am ready to do another order soon! Thanks so much for these controllers!

GBReceived exactly what I ordered and quality of the work on the body of the controller is excellent. I ordered a controller for my son and it came as expected. He uses it everyday and it has not failed him. The only issue is that the leds that show which player is being controlled is poor. The leds dim very quickly.

GBBest controller ever!!! Amazing rapid service with no hassle! I own my third intensafire controller now. With no issues whatsoever. I love this company it is awesome! I put my order in with no problem and a few days later I got excatly what I asked for and never disappointment! I would recommend intensafire to anyone!!

GBAbsolutely terrible, go to another store. I ordered 9/12/14 and waited all the way until 10/5/14, when i decided to just cancel the order. After the first week of waiting and sending a email to their customer service, they told me that it would take 1-2 weeks because the case was on backorder. I was in no rush to get my controller, so I said I would wait, no biggie. 2 weeks later, I asked for an update on my controller...by this time, I expected everything to be instock and ready to ship out(That's what the website said all the time)...They even gave me a link to Zen desk as a "tracking order"(they used quotes). So I used the link and nothing, couldn't access anything. Figuring it was faulty, I emailed again a week later asking for any update of my controller. Their response "Yes, sorry, the monster energy controller shell is on backorder. Please choose another so we can ship it out right away. Thanks." After 3 weeks of this back and forth with them always saying on backorder or unavailable, I just sent them a email saying that if they couldn't give me any actual and useful update on my order, they should just cancel my order. They did just that, they knew they had no information on my order, it was just a big run around attempt grab my money without delivering without any product. Overall just terrible Customer server- no helping at all, just a big circle of information. Very disappointed in this company and would never even think about ordering anything from them again.(This was my first order) Tl;dr: Highly disappointed and upset. Customer service is terrible- no usefulness, run around to stall for time, and absolute false information all around. Of course, you could ignore my review, I might have just been one of those customer that just didn't get any attention from the company...But think about this, why order from a company if they treat even one customer like me?
