The support agent is also a good fella. Didn't have any problems so far. But if this changes in the future, I will update this.

Already used CD key deliverd Bought a payday 2 CD key, got a key deliverd and when trying to activate this on steam i only got a notification that this key had already been used. This and the delivery took close to 2 days Update: New key deliverd by customer support.
