Disabled cd key Purchased bf3 premium and it was impossible to activate it because the key was disabled by ea. after providing screenshot of the chat with ea support i was refunded via paypal with out asking me if i need cd key or money.

After reviewing the website, I found it was cheaper than my original source and after going through the process of filling in my details. I received an email 10 minutes later with my CD key. Send them a picture with my name on it for 'security'? I tried to buy a CD key for Borderlands 2 Season Pass. I signed up, placed the order, and paid through PayPal. No problem. I've done this many times before with other websites. After my money left my PayPal account, these people decide to send me an email asking to send them a picture with my name on it. After a lengthy conversation with a rep in chat, they refunded me. I would have just preferred to get the key. I shouldn't have to send them any more. They had my money. And now, Paypal has decided to put a hold on my refund while they investigate. Thanks cdkeyexpress for wasting my time.
