Got the key in the end but had to go through a few hoops Basically I ordered a key that was in stock (49 units) and had instant delivery (5-30 minutes) guaranteed. I bought the game and 4 hours later they told me it was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund. I went to the site again and saw that they had raised the price of the game considerably and still had 49 units. I e-mailed them back telling them I paid for the game that you clearly have in stock and want the key I paid for. It took another 7 hours to email me back asking if I wanted the key because now all of a sudden it is in stock and after replying to that email I got the key roughly 24 hours after I purchased it. The key activated and I got the game for a really good price, way better than any other site, although the price has since been raised I think they tried to trick me into getting a refund so they didn't have to sell me the game at the reduced price. I am happy that I got the game in the end but all the time and emails it took to get the key has put me off of the site and even if they have good prices in the future I will probably use the site again because of this experience. Basically, you'll probably get your key in the end but you might have to jump through some hoops and wait a while. Other sites that I use regularly have not given me this kind of experience so I am much more likely to keep relying on my go to sites.

Good and fast I purchased a game from them and talked directly with the support. Everything was done in 10 minutes or so. I will buy again, if necessary, from them since i've had no problem!
