Send them a picture with my name on it for 'security'? I tried to buy a CD key for Borderlands 2 Season Pass. I signed up, placed the order, and paid through PayPal. No problem. I've done this many times before with other websites. After my money left my PayPal account, these people decide to send me an email asking to send them a picture with my name on it. After a lengthy conversation with a rep in chat, they refunded me. I would have just preferred to get the key. I shouldn't have to send them any more. They had my money. And now, Paypal has decided to put a hold on my refund while they investigate. Thanks cdkeyexpress for wasting my time.

Good Service Nice company. Ordered 2 keys, and they immediately informed me that it is out of stock, and will definitely arrive by tomorrow. Got here, and worked perfectly. The support agent is also a good fella. Didn't have any problems so far. But if this changes in the future, I will update this.
