AGS Support is wonderful On two occasions, John Knight has been the final solution after a few messages from others. He is top tier! AGS support has been very consistent overall. Any issue I have had has either been easily fixed on my own with the help of their extensive knowledgebase or addressed professionally and promptly by a representative. I have been especially impressed with how quickly responses come in, especially very late at night and on weekends. I will do all of my server hosting through AGS in the future :-)

To whom it may concern, James Richards helped me immensely as he has always done every time I have needed support in regards to the services I have in regards to Ark: Survival Evolved. Today, again, as he usually does, James Richards went far and beyond to help me with a start error I was having with one of our game servers. James was kind, attentive, and made sure I knew step by step what I needed to do on my end so that he can further assist me and he did it with due respect and diligence. This shows his professionalism, as well as his attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer service. Difficult Interface - Not For Beginners I have used other ARK server hosting sites and I can say this has been the least user friendly. Not only that, but there isn't a solid save function so whenever you shut down your server to make changes it will go back to whenever it last auto saved... which could be up to an hour before. Once you add mods the only way to edit the server after that is by using the text editor (or this site will overwrite all the mod text and you'll have to re-add all the mods every time) so the only slightly helpful interface that comes with this hosting site becomes worthless. I am capable of googling and figuring this all out eventually, but it took longer than I would have liked to get the server the way I wanted and the price wasn't really a huge steal for the added difficulty.

Your money will be wasted... AGS is one of the worst, if not the worst, game hosting providers. Technically incompetent and dishonest. They do not understand how the various game servers actually work, and PayPal had to force judgement against AGS for what was clearly a warranted and proper refund. I warn you. You will not be able to tolerate their server hosting, and your money will be wasted.
