pretty good using these guys for my empyrion server and cant complain, it works well and they answer support pretty fast. i would reccomend them, i would give them 95/100 One thing that did annoy me is they suspended my server after i didnt pay for it for, they said it was automatic, but a little bit more grace would be nice.

Great servers and helpful staff I swapped to AGS for my Ark server after using other hosts for quite some time and so far they have been amazing. They helped me transfer all my old data & set everything up with my limited knowledge and didn't make me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. Ticket replies are very fast and it is nice knowing I can get help at any time of the day/night.

To whom it may concern, James Richards helped me immensely as he has always done every time I have needed support in regards to the services I have in regards to Ark: Survival Evolved. Today, again, as he usually does, James Richards went far and beyond to help me with a start error I was having with one of our game servers. James was kind, attentive, and made sure I knew step by step what I needed to do on my end so that he can further assist me and he did it with due respect and diligence. This shows his professionalism, as well as his attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer service. ARK Survival Server Bought an Ark server for myself and a few Pals so we could all play in the same world even when our main game host wasn’t Online! I can only say positive things about AGS Hosting! Jasson was supper supportive on helping us get up and running and have had no issues with server our server whatsoever!

Had my ARK server for a little while… Had my ARK server for a little while now, had nothing but fantastic support and no issues with the running of my server.
