USOrdered outdoor boards Ordered outdoor boards, but after 2 weeks, received a message that the order was cancelled! No explanation at all. I tried to contact via email, no response. Thru online chat, no response. And thru phone call, no answer! why no response? i've seen lots of comments that they have terrible customer service, so looks like its still true.

USscratch and dent… I had purchased the scratch and dent boards, at a lower cost of brand new, and I must say they work great even with the defects…you can see the repairs on the play surface that does not effect game play, and the slight cracks where the screws are attached I just filled cracks with gorilla wood glue….don’t be afraid to buy scratch and dent boards…..they do offer returns if not happy…I have no need to return…

USThis is my 3rd set of “Professional”… This is my 3rd set of “Professional” Slick Woodies boards. All boards have been top notch, built to last, and beautiful. With the professional boards you get a cross beam that eliminates bag bounce, and the specs are at the top of ACL competition range in measurements and board thickness etc. Bottom line, these are great boards! With this last purchase there was a defect on the surface of one. I contacted Slick Woodies and they sent out a full set of replacement boards right away. Great to know this American company produces a great product and stands by it 100%.

USResponsive Service, Good Product My wife bought me corn hole for Father's Day. It looked great and seemed like high quality construction. Unfortunately the box may have been dropped because one of the corners was nicked. I reached out to customer service and they responded right away. They immediately sent me a replacement to fix the situation. It's nice to know you can trust a company to stand behind their product.
