GBDo not trust Right Stuff Lack of communication with pre-orders. Do not pre-order anything from RightStuf. They were recently bought out by CrunchyRoll(red flag) so certain material and products are unavailable and the orders were shifted to one or two companies(either eroanime or buyanime). These companies have no real web presence and RightStuf has the orders listed as canceled and did not contact myself about the items till i contacted them since there was no updates about my pre-orders.

GBPurchased 12 manga from 11/13/2021 Purchased 12 manga from 11/13/2021. Items were split up and sent in partial boxes. Guess how long the last 2 came? Took them an entire year and 3 months counting because the last two were out of stock. If you smth out of stock run.

GBMy #1 Stop for Manga (Especially in Bulk) This has quickly become my favorite place to buy manga from. When I was first starting my collection last year I never would have expected how much cheaper it was to buy from here than say Amazon or BooksAMillion. New sales every week, special bundles from time to time, and fantastic packaging. Overall fantastic site and will continue to buy until my bookshelves can’t hold any more.

GBHorrible return service If they send you a damaged item you will be responsible to pay for return shipping. Kind of a middle finger to the customer in my opinion. Also the return process is clucky and takes too many steps on top of the extra cost. This is the thanks for doing business with Right Stuf. Unfortunate but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

KWGaslighting customers on the reg I have been waiting for my Hatsune Miku Street Ver Bicute Bunnies Vocaloid Figure for almost a year. I have emailed their company previously about this and was given a very rude response back. Their company took my money, sent half my order, and proceeded to ghost and gaslight me for months. I just wanted to be updated every so often, like one email every few months. I would have liked some semblance of empathy conveyed (I.E. "We understand your frustration... please bear with us...") at anytime. This company could have taken so many steps to retain me as customer, they have failed at customer service.
