Deal with this company at your peril From previous comments it does appear as if there is no middle ground with this company. If you are unlucky enough to have things go wrong with an order then good luck in getting them to respond. In my case it was non arrival of goods. Despite several emails to the company complete silence. Tried to telephone but unable to find a working number. It was only a small order but simply being ignored is just not on. Contacting my credit card company to claim chargeback. Appalling company.

They have a huge range of trains and accessories and not only are they the cheapest but they are also the fastest for despatch and delivery by far. Every order I have placed has always arrived the next day! Never received my product Never received my product, despite paying for the train. Would never reply to emails, and just learned the company is now closed. Downright theft of my money.
