CAI ordered a Steam key and they didn't deliver it because they wanted to make more profits with the evolving market. I ordered a Steam key. They never delivered it because they saw in the meantime the price raise higher on the market. So they refunded me instead of delivering. This site cannot be trusted. Proof is given to me today. Really not fun to be treated this way. It is a lack of respect to the customer. They even lied to me when I opened a ticket to ask that they deliver what I ordered and fully paid : "Unfortunately, due to some technical issues on our end, we are not able to deliver your product, which we sincerely apologize for. Therefore, we were forced to cancel your order and issue a refund." This is a lie because I could see the price go up on a Steam market compare game prices site and they even raised the price themself the same day on their own site! It is now 205.35 €! for a Steam key I ordered earlier the same day from their same site at €7,57 € EUR and that they refunded "due to some technical issues on our end". A lie and a total lack of respect. You are warned. They cannot be trusted a Steam key seller.

GBHappy Customer but room for improvement After reading the recent reviews about people not getting codes and being unable to contact customer service i was a little put off. I decided to give it a go based on the much higher amount of positive reviews and i'm glad i did. After i made my purchase i received an email into my junk folder (which the order confirmation screen on the web did tell me to check). The email was a few extra security checks which was the only annoying part of the process - I've never come across checks like this (basically asking that i confirm some details which i had entered online - name/order number etc.) after submitting the information it took around an hour to receive the code, which i didn't mind as the game was a pre-order and i was saving £20+ than going to the Xbox store. The code worked with no issues and the game is now downloaded and working on my Xbox. 4*s due to the security checks via email. it's an unusual way and the process could be refined like most other sites

GBnot a happy camper, trying to be patient but no customer service response is making me annoyed I have used this site for years to get my xbox gold renewal and usually it is fast, but i paid for my new gold subscription and have not recieved it via email like i usually do. i have sent emails and tried talking to the so called live chat and no one has ever answered. usually im pretty happy with this sit but this time not so much. i hope i get my item before monday because if not im going to be filing a dispute bc they arent even replying to their customer service emails or chat and in my account it just says processing, but the money has come out of my credit card and paypal

GBFraudulent Fraudulent. Ordered xbox live gold pass, did not receive code after 1 week. Attempted to speak with customer service via online chat 20+ Times, but no one available. Wrote 3 emails to customer service, none answered. Bank reported fraud activity reported on credit card used for transaction. Had bank reverse payment on initial charge and ordered a new card. Stay away from this vendor. I have tried to reach you guys via online chat customer service no less than 20 times. I do not have an order number- nothing was ever emailed about the purchase.
