USthings got sorted out i recently posted that Gamesdeal didn't send me my key for the game i bought but they have pulled through and did what i thought they wouldn't do. i apologize if my previous review came off pretty bad. as i have said before, i've ordered from gamesdeal many times in the past two years so i had confidence in them. they continue to change their methods but it is comforting to know they are still willing to provide good service. i hope you guys continue to try your best with your website and i hope you can forgive me for my first review on you all.

FROrdered on the 27th a cd key with a… Ordered on the 27th a cd key with a "delivery within minutes" mention, 1 day later i haven't received anything. I send an e mail to the support resulting in no answer for the moment. The quality of service of this website is poor compared to most of its competitors (and i will not cite any just not to appear biased in my judgement). Overall, i am not recommending at all (The grading might change depending on the answer of the support) Order No. GD202002280226523628_1 UPDATE: 1 week later no key received and no answer from the support.

USFraudulent Fraudulent. Ordered xbox live gold pass, did not receive code after 1 week. Attempted to speak with customer service via online chat 20+ Times, but no one available. Wrote 3 emails to customer service, none answered. Bank reported fraud activity reported on credit card used for transaction. Had bank reverse payment on initial charge and ordered a new card. Stay away from this vendor. I have tried to reach you guys via online chat customer service no less than 20 times. I do not have an order number- nothing was ever emailed about the purchase.

USnot a happy camper, trying to be patient but no customer service response is making me annoyed I have used this site for years to get my xbox gold renewal and usually it is fast, but i paid for my new gold subscription and have not recieved it via email like i usually do. i have sent emails and tried talking to the so called live chat and no one has ever answered. usually im pretty happy with this sit but this time not so much. i hope i get my item before monday because if not im going to be filing a dispute bc they arent even replying to their customer service emails or chat and in my account it just says processing, but the money has come out of my credit card and paypal
