Scammers I bought a game via Gamesrocket and it has now been revoked by Steam, with the message below: Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games.

GBFaulty product. Non-existent service. I'm leaving a review out of desperation, in the hope of getting a response from Gamesrocket... I ordered the Egret II Mini, but it has faulty speakers (no sound from right speaker, distorted sound from left speaker). I've attempted contact through the website and sent several emails, but no reply in nearly 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed with the non-existent service.

GBSlow shipping and missing parts Ordered an Egret II Mini, and after a delayed response even shipping it and ignoring my support queries, it arrived incomplete with parts missing, including the panel to attach the instruction cards into. For how much you're paying, you would expect a complete in box product. Will update review if they respond and send out the missing parts.

NLPreordered and paid for a EGRET Ⅱ mini… Preordered and paid for a EGRET Ⅱ mini , arcade stick control panel and track ball and , I mailed them several times for an update , got some excuse two months ago that their site doesn't work but they would ship very soon and then they stopped reacting and dissapeared . Updated : In the end I got my order so my rating goes from 1 to 3 stars but the communication is severely lacking .

USAvoid them at any cost 12th July: I pre-ordered a product with them that the reservation was supposed to end in February, that they were supposed to start sending them from May to June, but they changed the date for July, but still nothing, not even an email explaining why they changed the shipping date. At the time of paying they sent me an email where they gave me a link to check the status of the order, which never worked, so I contacted them and they answered me at that time, and I tried to contact them again but I have not obtained a response. After this, I started to check the internet and I realized that it is not the first time that this happens with that site. Please, if you are reading this, avoid using these companies, or do so at your own risk. As of today, you can still "pre-order" the product on their site.
