GBClanwarz to the resuce! Messaged Clanwarz with a simple query, ended up changing suppliers and moving to them full time. Jay went out of his way and well above and beyond what a normal supplier would do to assist me getting my custom TS3 server address up and running. He took all the frustrations i had away instantly and knew exactly how to achieve my goal. Absolutely blown away by the speed and ease at which all of this was done. Looking forward to a long tenure with this company! A game service company run by gamers, its like a match made in heaven <3

GBLiar, Theif, Rugpull. Server went down for days, made support tickets and they were closed. He called me and sounded drunk explaining that his employee died and that he's give us a credit for the next month. We paid a year in advance, he never kept any of his promises, he was ranting about how people were dying from "The Jab" Dude stole everyone's money and left.

FIHorrible service They scammed the payment for our server fully and ran. They basically took our money, closed our account and stopped responding to all messages after we paid.

GBA little misleading I purchase a 5 user TS3 server and paid for the addon for a music bot. After the music bot was marked pending for hours I made a support ticket, just to find out they can't give it to me because "it's not profitable" on there end. But they were offering the service? A staff member then proceeds to join my personal TS3 server and force me a refund without notice. A little confused on why they were offering a package they couldn't provide in the end. Disappointed.

GB6 of 5 Stars User since the turn of the century and happy customer since 2006. I wish I had more tickets, because Jay is such a nice guy, but the services are too reliable. It's rare to get this kind of customer service anywhere in life. Superfast service. Superfast servers.
