I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there. Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank. Please read this review before purchasing i wish i did

Run like hell from this hosting Run like hell from this hosting. Paid for the 1st month, the website was down after the server was provided and out for two weeks. No customer whatsoever. After two weeks when asking about a refund on website I've received information that it's only applicable for 24 hours after buying and "the issue is resolved". Raised as a dispute to PayPal. EDIT: even PayPal didnt receive any reply from the provider. Dispute resolved with a refund.

Expect to have your money stolen There is no way to cancel your server subscription but by filing a support ticket to do so. When I did this, I received no response and my server remained active and I continued to be billed. When I followed up two weeks later reiterating that I wanted my server closed, they closed my support ticket without any response and still did not cancel my server nor the monthly payment. Do not use this service unless you want to "cancel" your server by contacting your card company and blocking their automatic billing.

Server down; no responses on ticket, double-billed, not great. The game server I rented went down one day after the end of the first month of billing. I opened a support ticket that went unanswered for 10 days, and at that point, decided to cancel. However, EternalHosting was kind enough to charge me...twice...for that second month of billing. After I cancelled, they were kind enough to charge me again for the third month. The absolute lack of communication from EternalHosting and the fouling up of billing makes this entire service feel like a scam. Take your hosting needs elsewhere.
