GBI've had a server with them for 2 days… I've had an Ark server with them for 2 days now, around 50 hours or so. The first day it ran fine, but at the 26 hour mark it went down, and has been down since. Sent a ticket to customer service when it went down at 10:17 pm est last night, it is currently 8:33 pm tonight (over 22 hours later) and yet still not a word from them. I moved all of my dinosaurs and items over and it's looking like the server isn't coming up anytime soon with this neglectful customer service. If there is a problem with one of their servers or a mistake on my end it would be nice to know, as long as someone would get a hold of me and let me know what's going on.

RUServer became unavailable and support remains silent Server became unavailable 2 days ago. I can't neither reload it from customer panel, nor connect and reload it from control panel. I thought that it's not a big problem. Support can reload server from their side and everything will be good. So I opened ticket #901912 on 3.11.2018. Still recieved no answer and server unavailable.
