The controller is very cheap feeling The controller is very cheap feeling, not worth the price at all. I don't like that there is no rumble/vibration or whatever, for that price it should have at least had that. I regret purchasing this controller, and I am very unsatisfied with it.

Sent my controller in to get fixed… Sent my controller in to get fixed after wear and tear (still under contract). Total time about 2 weeks. Completed 3 out of 4 repairs I requested. I mailed a detailed paragraph with the controller for the technician which I think made the process smoother. The tactical triggers I no longer wanted were removed. Paddle mapping was added. Last, the paddles were replaced because they were double clicking. The only thing not fixed that I requested was the stick drift on the left analog stick L3. I have two identical controllers to keep one on deck if one needs tuning up.

And they have the worst customer service ever you can’t even get in contact with them its just terrible they basically robbed me for $500 I’ve been waiting for the controller for a year just to find out they claim they sent it and never even gave me a tracking number. Worst experience ever.
