Banned in 3 games Joined, played 3 games and got banned for cheating. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't even win with ease. God knows what formulas they're using, but they really need to resolve it quickly before they lose an even bigger base

I like this game online but it's… I like this game online but it's getting worse for people cheating and abandoning the game at the last second when they play a move or on the competitions it's like 7/10 people who abandon, and you feel like you've just wasted your time. Chess needs to block these people from playing again.

Continuous issues with games timing… Continuous issues with games timing out, my opponents timer freezing and my timer counting down even after I've completed a move. Losing 100s of ELO just because. Raised multiple technical error reports, shared screengrab videos and full info on my system. The issue has been ongoing for 6 months. Support team is polite but useless. They keep saying they're working on it, it's only gotten worse. Terminated my membership. Not worth a single cent of you money or a minute of your time.

The next year i noticed they billed me again, and i reported to you about this, and no one replied to me. This is the second year as i am getting charged from my card - You said you will refund me and you DID, but funny thing is on the same day you did your refund you charged me again. This Company is a JOKE and will steal your money! I hope more people realise that you are a scam company. Today i am submitting a bank report and they will charge back everything you take. I will also report this to the payment processors you have.

Company supports Genocide I absolutely love chess, and chess.com is a great place to play people across the world. I also support them taking a hard line stance against Russia and Belarus, however by not taking that same stance against Israel they are not a neutral company and by nature complicit with Genocide. I completely agree with an anti war stance however they should remove flags of all guilty parties.
