Continuous issues with games timing… Continuous issues with games timing out, my opponents timer freezing and my timer counting down even after I've completed a move. Losing 100s of ELO just because. Raised multiple technical error reports, shared screengrab videos and full info on my system. The issue has been ongoing for 6 months. Support team is polite but useless. They keep saying they're working on it, it's only gotten worse. Terminated my membership. Not worth a single cent of you money or a minute of your time.

I am a 1600 I am a 1600 - 1800 rated player IRL i open an account on chess.com, havent played for a while tho, and started playing from 500 rating. I said ok, fine, ill quickly build up my rating, and ive played 9 games with cheaters/bots and prob 1 with a real player that is trully 500 to 800. When reach 800 i began to encounter people with cheating engine probably who played like 1800 2200 rated player but they are at 800 and the account is 10 days old. Im not great, im rusty as h e ... but when i faced trully 800 rated players i could easyly win. Even trough blunders. You invest so much into bringing people on your platform, but if you dont clean this up, people like me, will leave. And you will be left only with bots and cheaters. What i mean is stockfish is gonna play itself. And you will make 0 money at the end. Im never coming back here. You know the sayin fool me once, shame on me..

Faulty AI program … Generally speaking the site has good features. HOWEVER chess.com AI program to catch cheaters is faulty. I have used the site for over a year and have slowly built up my rating to 2167. I was playing 2 games against top 50 player, rated just under 2400. Both of these games were 1 move per 3 days and both ended in draws. When the 2nd game had finished my account was suddenly closed. Without any warning. I appealed and was denied. CHESS.com didn't even read the appeal. If they would have read it then they would have answered my question All I received were computer generated form letters. There was no proof that I cheated, none could be found because I don't have engines in my phone or computer I also do not receive assistance. A similar problem has happened to Kaspachess which he posted on his chess website. So beware if you play great chess.com will assume you are cheating and close your account. Fairplay works both ways and everyone has rights.

They should face a Lawsuit for bullying… They should face a Lawsuit for bullying the chess game industry & Allowing cheaters to win against non paying members. Thousands of chess cheaters to choose from & Moderators make more money this way!

A complete joke of a company A complete joke of a company! They claim to be doing as much as they can to catch cheaters but this is absolutely not the case. Why would any money hungry company that is looking to monopolise the online chess market ban the hands that feed them? They’ve got way too greedy and are sacrificing fair play for financial gain. I also agree with a previous reviewer with respect to why Russian flags are banned but Israeli ones are not? Clearly to them war crimes are restricted to certain nations. Avoid and look for better alternatives.
