Just awfull... First of all I'd say that their costumer support is down right terrable. Either its waiting 2-3 days for an responce or its the unexperienced crew knowing nothing about the game they're serving. But the worse thing is their constant networking errors. Quite recently I had 80% of players online haveing pings over 10000ms. on a 20 pop rust server. as of writeing this review my server just crashed propely wipeing all user content as it did for 2 weeks ago. Been using gameservers for about 1-2 years its just getting worse and worse

Been asking for help never got it … Been asking for help never got it in the first place really slow answer. Not easy to understand modify your server. really disapointed bad customer service that ignore you. Dont give them any kind of revenue because they wont bother refounding it back to you.

Unpleasant Experience 1 star not only due to the fact that most other Gaming services have a console interface built into there website to see real time logs. But Gameservers is the only company that i've ever used that has Removed my privilege to edit my FTP after i cancelled my subscription with months before it runs out. On top of that they broke my server with days between responses with no help at all. Dont waste your money with Gameservers Or shockbyte. (Do note that i have been using them off and on the last handful of years. But after this it will be the last)

DONT BUY EVER Worst fuc-king providers any update to a server takes over 30min up too an hour while other providers do it in 5 min. This causes everyone to leave my server and join others. No wonder this sh-it is the cheapest cause no one wants them. Better to invest an extra $10 - $15 on a better more reliable provider.

Broken server and no desire to help… Broken server and no desire to help resolve: I contacted gameservers.com regarding a server instance that was having repeated issues and asked them to help notify the administrator. They refused to do so and were, frankly, pretty rude about the engagement
