GBWould not cancel an account I had for… Would not cancel an account I had for months and continued to bill me. Using their support did nothing and it seemed like they didn't care. So I had to stop payments from my bank and they never refunded me 3 more months of charges their system would never stop. Steer clear, plenty of better companies who are real and right.

GBVery poor quality of service. Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

GBBAD BUSINESS I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

GBGood tech support is appreciated I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

GBExceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. I've never had any technical issues and my friends and I have a blast. Thanks GameServers! Thanks for putting up with all my support tickets, haha.
