Could provide more info and update their client area. Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

Good tech support is appreciated I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. There is no "fragging" to be had with … There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime

Useless Space Engineers server I ordered a Space Engineers server. The servers was installed in +- 30 minutes. Problem was with the configuration, because no matter what I configured, after save and restart there was just the basic setup, which I could not change at all. I went to different provider, which had the server in 10 minutes and the config works without issues
