GBCould provide more info and update their client area. Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

GBBAD BUSINESS I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

GBThere is no "fragging" to be had with … There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime

GBGood tech support is appreciated I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

ZAWHERE is my server? So I paid for a month-to-month subscription via Paypal on the 26th - on their website it falsely states servers will be installed within minutes, it has been 2 days and still haven't receieved any login details on the 7DTD server. Been waiting 2 days for some sort of communication regarding this issue from their amazing 5 star 24/7 around the clock support team - still nothing. I was recommended Gameserver but clearly they are all smoke & mirrors. If you've read this far, find yourself a better server provider - you'll thank me later for saving your frustrations and time to a company that doesn't even care about providing support.
