really not that bad few teething problems but mainly due to my lack of knowledge, server has been down, due to an update i believe, however support are relatively quick, i can never give 5 stars to someone who only has email support, but good value for money no major issues. overall happy guys thanks

Worst hosting company i have ever used… Worst hosting company i have ever used had 3 servers with them, always crashing, restarting servers without notice and then not checking to make sure they where back up and running. Lost loads of players due to the way they deal with problems, they had no idea what they where doing. I do not recommend these.

Garbage rust hosting Garbage rust hosting, Tons of issues including it randomly wiping because it ran out of memory. They dont allocate nearly enough resources to servers. It constantly bugged out if you didnt restart at least once a day if not more. 0/10

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. Just awfull... First of all I'd say that their costumer support is down right terrable. Either its waiting 2-3 days for an responce or its the unexperienced crew knowing nothing about the game they're serving. But the worse thing is their constant networking errors. Quite recently I had 80% of players online haveing pings over 10000ms. on a 20 pop rust server. as of writeing this review my server just crashed propely wipeing all user content as it did for 2 weeks ago. Been using gameservers for about 1-2 years its just getting worse and worse
