BAD BUSINESS I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

Very poor quality of service. Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

Worst hosting company i have ever used… Worst hosting company i have ever used had 3 servers with them, always crashing, restarting servers without notice and then not checking to make sure they where back up and running. Lost loads of players due to the way they deal with problems, they had no idea what they where doing. I do not recommend these.

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. I've never had any technical issues and my friends and I have a blast. Thanks GameServers! Thanks for putting up with all my support tickets, haha.

DONT BUY EVER Worst fuc-king providers any update to a server takes over 30min up too an hour while other providers do it in 5 min. This causes everyone to leave my server and join others. No wonder this sh-it is the cheapest cause no one wants them. Better to invest an extra $10 - $15 on a better more reliable provider.
