Useless Space Engineers server I ordered a Space Engineers server. The servers was installed in +- 30 minutes. Problem was with the configuration, because no matter what I configured, after save and restart there was just the basic setup, which I could not change at all. I went to different provider, which had the server in 10 minutes and the config works without issues

Crashes and lags Our server is crashing nearly every week, now there is some serious lag issues for everyone. Now it's lagging again and it wouldn't even let restart the server. Results are: lost public players and annoyed clan members. Unbelievable how they actually dare to ask such high price for their services.

WHERE is my server? So I paid for a month-to-month subscription via Paypal on the 26th - on their website it falsely states servers will be installed within minutes, it has been 2 days and still haven't receieved any login details on the 7DTD server. Been waiting 2 days for some sort of communication regarding this issue from their amazing 5 star 24/7 around the clock support team - still nothing. I was recommended Gameserver but clearly they are all smoke & mirrors. If you've read this far, find yourself a better server provider - you'll thank me later for saving your frustrations and time to a company that doesn't even care about providing support.

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. Would not cancel an account I had for… Would not cancel an account I had for months and continued to bill me. Using their support did nothing and it seemed like they didn't care. So I had to stop payments from my bank and they never refunded me 3 more months of charges their system would never stop. Steer clear, plenty of better companies who are real and right.
