GBWorst hosting company i have ever used… Worst hosting company i have ever used had 3 servers with them, always crashing, restarting servers without notice and then not checking to make sure they where back up and running. Lost loads of players due to the way they deal with problems, they had no idea what they where doing. I do not recommend these.

GBBAD BUSINESS I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

NZUnpleasant Experience 1 star not only due to the fact that most other Gaming services have a console interface built into there website to see real time logs. But Gameservers is the only company that i've ever used that has Removed my privilege to edit my FTP after i cancelled my subscription with months before it runs out. On top of that they broke my server with days between responses with no help at all. Dont waste your money with Gameservers Or shockbyte. (Do note that i have been using them off and on the last handful of years. But after this it will be the last)

GBGood tech support is appreciated I rented a Rush server for myself and my grandson. I found the setup a little confusing, especially since a Rush update wiped out my admin settings and Rusty stopped working after the update. Gameservers tech support responded quickly and helpfully to the 2 Support tickets I opened. Now my grandson and I are happily playing Rush on my own server. Good tech support is hard to find. I appreciate it when I find it.

GBBroken server and no desire to help… Broken server and no desire to help resolve: I contacted gameservers.com regarding a server instance that was having repeated issues and asked them to help notify the administrator. They refused to do so and were, frankly, pretty rude about the engagement
