There is no "fragging" to be had with … There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime

Very poor quality of service. Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it. Unpleasant Experience 1 star not only due to the fact that most other Gaming services have a console interface built into there website to see real time logs. But Gameservers is the only company that i've ever used that has Removed my privilege to edit my FTP after i cancelled my subscription with months before it runs out. On top of that they broke my server with days between responses with no help at all. Dont waste your money with Gameservers Or shockbyte. (Do note that i have been using them off and on the last handful of years. But after this it will be the last)

Broken server and no desire to help… Broken server and no desire to help resolve: I contacted gameservers.com regarding a server instance that was having repeated issues and asked them to help notify the administrator. They refused to do so and were, frankly, pretty rude about the engagement
