So I had to stop payments from my bank and they never refunded me 3 more months of charges their system would never stop. Steer clear, plenty of better companies who are real and right.

DONT BUY EVER Worst fuc-king providers any update to a server takes over 30min up too an hour while other providers do it in 5 min. This causes everyone to leave my server and join others. No wonder this sh-it is the cheapest cause no one wants them. Better to invest an extra $10 - $15 on a better more reliable provider.

They have every excuse for why they can't make a simple PayPal transaction. I'm done chasing them. They're trying to just refund me half of the cost now, as though they're doing me a favour. They only sublet gtx gaming servers anyway, do yourself a favour and avoid this middle man.

Very poor quality of service. Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

There is no "fragging" to be had with … There is no "fragging" to be had with these guys as your sever provider. Space Engineers lagged to no extent whenever you would try to build or fly anywhere and god forbid you tried to jump drive somewhere else. Had a better time with friends doing a self host and would honestly rather just leave my game open and computer on 24/7 then give these guys another dime
