100% wouldn't recommend using this game… 100% wouldn't recommend using this game server as your host for anything.. The support team is basically a bunch of trolls running around wasting peoples time. Also--- Their dedicated servers are over priced and the support will keep you going in circles for days and then claim to have solved your issue. The control panel they have for the servers is the worst i've use on any site -- there prices for an old e5 chip are a bit overpriced when compared to other services. They don't have a great selection of games after all. You'll be happier going to a teenager who has a dedicated box he rents and then renting a server from them.

Very poor quality of service. Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

Could provide more info and update their client area. Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

WHERE is my server? So I paid for a month-to-month subscription via Paypal on the 26th - on their website it falsely states servers will be installed within minutes, it has been 2 days and still haven't receieved any login details on the 7DTD server. Been waiting 2 days for some sort of communication regarding this issue from their amazing 5 star 24/7 around the clock support team - still nothing. I was recommended Gameserver but clearly they are all smoke & mirrors. If you've read this far, find yourself a better server provider - you'll thank me later for saving your frustrations and time to a company that doesn't even care about providing support.

Worst hosting company i have ever used… Worst hosting company i have ever used had 3 servers with them, always crashing, restarting servers without notice and then not checking to make sure they where back up and running. Lost loads of players due to the way they deal with problems, they had no idea what they where doing. I do not recommend these.
