DKJust awfull... First of all I'd say that their costumer support is down right terrable. Either its waiting 2-3 days for an responce or its the unexperienced crew knowing nothing about the game they're serving. But the worse thing is their constant networking errors. Quite recently I had 80% of players online haveing pings over 10000ms. on a 20 pop rust server. as of writeing this review my server just crashed propely wipeing all user content as it did for 2 weeks ago. Been using gameservers for about 1-2 years its just getting worse and worse

GB100% wouldn't recommend using this game⦠100% wouldn't recommend using this game server as your host for anything.. The support team is basically a bunch of trolls running around wasting peoples time. Also--- Their dedicated servers are over priced and the support will keep you going in circles for days and then claim to have solved your issue. The control panel they have for the servers is the worst i've use on any site -- there prices for an old e5 chip are a bit overpriced when compared to other services. They don't have a great selection of games after all. You'll be happier going to a teenager who has a dedicated box he rents and then renting a server from them.

GBBAD BUSINESS I wanted 1 month of service but ended up paying for 2 months because they dont label it as auto pay. i stopped using my server for 7 days to die 3 weeks in because it kicked half my players off repeatedly. so i payed a nice $80 for 3 weeks of service and they REFUSE to give a refund and the bitches absolutely ignore any request for a phone number. USE BLUEFANG FOR 7 DAYS TO DIE ITS CHEAPER and i had no lag with my 50 slot vs gameservers laggy 30 slot.

GBCould provide more info and update their client area. Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

GBExceptional Customer Service, Quality Product I've been using GameServers Hosting for a while now to play Terraria with my friends and they've been nothing but prompt, professional, and helpful when it comes to my questions and helping me get everything set up just how I want it.
