Feel like ive been scammed. Used paypal and bought one key and the purchase went through fine, thinking nothing ill decided to buy a few more. Now they demand to see a passport or driving licence which is just ludicrous! Customer support claim they request ID always on first purchase which is a complete lie since first purchase went fine (even without an account haha). Now i have no keys and they took the money already (if my paypal was suspicious on your system why in the seven hells did you take the money?). Since customer support were unwiling to help i disputed with paypal and will escalate to a claim if things are not sorted. Think twice before you order from this site and have to send your passport and drivers licence photos to strangers (yeah i know you can blur out details but this is still ridiculous and unsafe, who knows how they could abuse it).

Adware Bought "condemned - criminal origins"(That is the full name of the game). The order was processed really fast. However the email said its a standalone game and linked me to an external website, which was immediately blocked by antimalwarebytes. After disabling it I could download some shady downloadmanager, which I uploaded on Virustotal. The test results showed adware.

Terrible I bought 3 copies of Don't Starve in 2 seperate orders, and 2 of the cd keys were duplicates / the same. I contacted support and after 2 days of terrible unprofessional grammar from their support team I received another key. Guess what happened next? Yup. The key is ALSO a duplicate and I contacted them again asking them for another key or a refund. It's took over 2 days for them to respond to me again after I made 2 tickets.. I've finally received the keys. Would not buy again from them. To much hassle.

PATHETIC Wrong information about the game (Sacred 2 Gold Edition): in the website they say that the game have 4 languages; that's false, it's only in English. As well as, in the web they say that the game will be delivered in 2 hours at the most; i had to wait 7 hours, in spite of the payment was done immediately. Later, when I tried to download the downloader.exe, it was corrupted. After trying and downloading it several times, I got that the game started to be downloaded. After installing it, when I executed the game, it appeared without any text. I had to navegate during hours to find a solution (a file was missing), because they need a lot of time to answer, and their answers are useless. Finally, they haven't even given me the code for playing online. That's all an ironic joke. I don't recommend this site at all.

Long wait(~7 hours), required photo ID So waited for 7 hours(instead of 30 minutes to 2 hours as stated on their website) to receive key but instead received email asking for copy of passport/driving license... Why would I send scanned documents to some company?
