Terrible I bought 3 copies of Don't Starve in 2 seperate orders, and 2 of the cd keys were duplicates / the same. I contacted support and after 2 days of terrible unprofessional grammar from their support team I received another key. Guess what happened next? Yup. The key is ALSO a duplicate and I contacted them again asking them for another key or a refund. It's took over 2 days for them to respond to me again after I made 2 tickets.. I've finally received the keys. Would not buy again from them. To much hassle.

Worst Online Shop Ever Well they advertise instant delivery. Its 1:30h later now, still no key. The "live-chat" support didn't respond for over half an hour now. If I knew this shop would be so bad, I had bought the key from somewhere else. I'm so mad about this service I'm wirting this. If you're considering buying here or from another site for a bit more, do yourself a favor and buy from the other site! UPDATE: iksdeh after about 10mins after publishing this i got the key, which doesn't work and an eMail telling me to "correct" my review. Still would rate 0/5 if possible for false advertising.

Waiting for key delivery since 3 days.... I am still waiting for delivery & a response from there customer service team it has been yet 53 hours since I ordered my game and not had anything. All payments are done, only a order details email & nothing more... EDIT: After changing emailprovider its work fine... yahoo!mail didnt work correctly with UGK delivery system

Well I ordered a game from this… Well I ordered a game from this website, didn't get my key after a 3 hour wait. I tried to contact support but no response. I searched online since this was a new store and saw the bad reviews. Luckily I bought the game through paypal and requested a refund which funny enough they immediately paid out. After I got my refund I got an email from the website that I disrupted the payment and should contact them for support.

Waiting, verification, out of stock?! Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous. Never using them again and you shouldn't either; there are far faster and ethical companies out there.
