Customer support claim they request ID always on first purchase which is a complete lie since first purchase went fine (even without an account haha). Now i have no keys and they took the money already (if my paypal was suspicious on your system why in the seven hells did you take the money?). Since customer support were unwiling to help i disputed with paypal and will escalate to a claim if things are not sorted. Think twice before you order from this site and have to send your passport and drivers licence photos to strangers (yeah i know you can blur out details but this is still ridiculous and unsafe, who knows how they could abuse it).
