GBNon Existent Customer Support I tried to contact Xbox regarding an issue where the controller was not working correctly - it isn't pausing DVDs. I already looked through their help resources and went through their troubleshooting guides. They straight up refused to let me contact anyone. "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue." How the heck is it legal for them to simply refuse to provide customer support for their products?

GBTrash! Trash! ...and every time I purchase Xbox live to game with friends, it gets WORSE! It is consistently trash across all games. For your sanity, and enjoyment of gaming, play on ANY OTHER NETWORK. No support at all. Gigabytes of self-help pages but none of it works. It's designed to distract people from finding solutions or realising there is no support. Xbox is done! Microsoft is a scam. I have given today's date, as I have just lost months of work because of their inability to provide a stable server. Ridiculous. EDT: Fixed a typo.

GB3 phone calls, 3 hours and still they have no idea 3 phone calls, over an hour on hold and cut off twice when the advisor can't figure out the issue. Almost 3 hrs on the phone in total. Console needed a software update and this basically destroyed my perfectly working xbox. Advisors are hit and miss either knowledge, some genuinely try and others are clueless. Buy a different console and save yourself the headaches.

GBThere Is No Support What support? They've stopped any support whatsoever. Try filling out their stupid boxes with something more complex than 'I can't sign in' and you'll come up against a brick wall, with no help available. Useless and CAN NOT RECOMMEND And while we at it...I sent back a 6 month old controller to you to be fixed. They returned another broken controller! But when I tried to register the new broken controller to return it, I was met with the statement that the controller was out of warranty! I'd accept this if you were criminals...instead you're just CNUTS

AUBought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!
