DK**Exceptional Customer Support at Xbox **Exceptional Customer Support at Xbox: A Shoutout to Sejer** From the moment I reached out to Xbox customer support, I was met with nothing but the utmost professionalism and empathy, especially from an employee named Sejer. Facing a persistent fault in "Crusader Kings III," I was frustrated and in need of assistance. Sejer was not only a **listening ear** but also an **understanding guide** through the troubleshooting process. Unlike my experience with Paradox Interactive, which was disheartening and could best be described as **effortless**, Sejer stood out by **actively following up** with me the next day. This level of dedication is rare and commendable. After the unhelpful advice to simply restart my Xbox X and the subsequent inability to post in the Paradox forum, Sejer's persistence in resolving my issue was a breath of fresh air. I extend my highest commendations to Sejer and the Xbox customer support team for their **exemplary service**. It's employees like Sejer who elevate a brand and build lasting customer loyalty. Thank you for going above and beyond! Xbox refunded my money πππππ

GBIdentification fraudster/hacker and⦠SCUMBAGS Identification fraudster/hacker and cyber stalker harrasing and pestering me while playing my CPU games. Also hacked my modern warfare on Xbox one and ruined my games on multiple occasions. Fight night champion also hacked by a spy an intruder and trespasser at the property. You have now been banned from my account and bank until the culprits have been removed and the issue resolved there will be no more business for Xbox on any of my accounts. I want an explanation as it cost me money on a subscription service. Also now cancelled. Also no means of contact in order to speak to a customer service representative through email or by telephone. Have you anything to say for yourself? @XBOX been a customer for over 15 years.

GBDon't ever buy Xbox their money grubbing scumbags So I've been a Xbox user for many years it was my go to console, but now it's been ruined by recent changes over the past year, I can't even put in a complaint about this to them, when asking anyone in the community to try see what others though and put a complaint in they silence me like dictators, So Xbox has changed with the new home page meaning even more ads you can't even find your own stuff for ads constantly all over the page or change your page, No free games anymore, Rewards have turned gaming into a chore everyday taking all fun from gaming for me, used to be a few minutes each day and the odd hour task a week, now it's at least a hour each day and I've found I only turned on my Xbox to do the rewards tasks and just got so tired of it, Weekly streaks for rewards just got taken away like they ment nothing just 1 week short of a 270 week streak and a 10 week streak reward ( 5 years I did it for never missed a week ) Can't even complain because the dictatorship at Xbox wants to silence me, Well I won't be silenced if you want a games console but playstation, free games, no ad bs all over your home page, rewards aren't a chore to spend hours doing takes minutes and if you need help you can get it unlike Xbox who F u over at every turn I only wanted to complain at the state they've done things but never they try to silence me π‘ F u Xbox you will never silence me you scumbags π‘π‘π‘π‘

GBPlease buy a PS5 like I did last year I got an Xbox series s for christmas in 2022, and I loved it. Until, in February 2023, I was on Rec Room. I recorded a good video. That video then got uploaded to Xbox Network. I loved that video that I recorded, because it was silly. And then later that night, I looked for that video and it appears to be gone, even though I uploaded it to the cloud. Yes, I deleted the video from my console but the video would still be there in the cloud even if it was deleted from the Xbox. It doesn't make sense. How can you recover a video that was deleted by Xbox from both the console and the Xbox network? Also, who uses batteries on a controller in 2024? This isn't some children's toy! So on April 4 2023 I picked up the PS5 from walmart and I loved it and the games. So, it was time for me to start console wars again (but in a destructive way). On May 1 2023, I intentionally dropped the Xbox from upstairs to the living room floor (that's what it gets for deleting a precious video without MY consent) and smashed it. I then threw it in the garbage where it goes. I had an Xbox One S and it also crapped out in July 2022. Buy PS4 or PS5 instead. I may not like the PS Plus subscription but at least PLAYSTATION doesn't delete any of my videos without my permission! One more thing, Xbox makes you PAY to change your gamertag! PS doesn't do that, you just need to sign in to your PSN account! Don't buy an Xbox. Notes: 1: The date I saved the video on the Xbox was sometime in February 2023. Due to trustpilot's rule that the date of experience has to be within the last year, when I updated this review today, I just put 04/10. 2: The video was appropriate. Regret #1: I should've just kept the Xbox because I wanted to play the older Xbox 360 throwbacks Regret #2: I had some precious games on there (I could just buy that on PS5)

GBTrash! Trash! ...and every time I purchase Xbox live to game with friends, it gets WORSE! It is consistently trash across all games. For your sanity, and enjoyment of gaming, play on ANY OTHER NETWORK. No support at all. Gigabytes of self-help pages but none of it works. It's designed to distract people from finding solutions or realising there is no support. Xbox is done! Microsoft is a scam. I have given today's date, as I have just lost months of work because of their inability to provide a stable server. Ridiculous. EDT: Fixed a typo.
