GBDon't ever buy Xbox their money grubbing scumbags So I've been a Xbox user for many years it was my go to console, but now it's been ruined by recent changes over the past year, I can't even put in a complaint about this to them, when asking anyone in the community to try see what others though and put a complaint in they silence me like dictators, So Xbox has changed with the new home page meaning even more ads you can't even find your own stuff for ads constantly all over the page or change your page, No free games anymore, Rewards have turned gaming into a chore everyday taking all fun from gaming for me, used to be a few minutes each day and the odd hour task a week, now it's at least a hour each day and I've found I only turned on my Xbox to do the rewards tasks and just got so tired of it, Weekly streaks for rewards just got taken away like they ment nothing just 1 week short of a 270 week streak and a 10 week streak reward ( 5 years I did it for never missed a week ) Can't even complain because the dictatorship at Xbox wants to silence me, Well I won't be silenced if you want a games console but playstation, free games, no ad bs all over your home page, rewards aren't a chore to spend hours doing takes minutes and if you need help you can get it unlike Xbox who F u over at every turn I only wanted to complain at the state they've done things but never they try to silence me š” F u Xbox you will never silence me you scumbags š”š”š”š”

GBXbox let me down Xbox let me down . I was away for one day and came back to seeing āconsole is bannedā . My Xbox was bought from a past relative of mine . Theyāre no longer around and youāve took it off me . Worse part about it , Iāve done nothing . I checked enforcement page . I had 0/8 strikes . Yes 0 . So I rung up and they hung up . Two times !! All I wanted to know was why or how ? But you canāt get through to enforcement team other than on the site. But the site take you in a big loop . I type my number in and it wonāt allow a call back . Itās horrible ! Been with you guys for 17/18 years now , all Iāve done is played Xbox and not once stepped out of line !! Not once ! Whereās my reasoning for a ban ? Are you going to replace my Xbox ? No of course not . You cannot replace something sentimental . Itās shocking and to be honest itās sad too . Itās a good community but you just ban the wrong people . Like whereās the proof ? What have I done ? When did I do anything wrong ?? Why and how can you take something off me that Iāve paid for ? Iāve not done anything wrong !! Iāve spent well over Ā£8000+ on games , consoles , controllers , accessories and bundles for Xbox and like that itās gone . Itās also Iāve read up agaisnt the law to ban people in Europe from stopping them playing online games that theyāve purchased . Just so sad Iāve got this sentimental gift just still now . Itās not replaceable . I could understand if I stepped out of line but thatās not like me and if I did Iād want evidence . But you just donāt provide it and when confronted you hang up the phone or put people in a loop hole .

GB3 phone calls, 3 hours and still they have no idea 3 phone calls, over an hour on hold and cut off twice when the advisor can't figure out the issue. Almost 3 hrs on the phone in total. Console needed a software update and this basically destroyed my perfectly working xbox. Advisors are hit and miss either knowledge, some genuinely try and others are clueless. Buy a different console and save yourself the headaches.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, save yourself the grief and don't buy anything Microsoft. My account was hacked and they said to give them 72 hrs, I called back and now they tell me the account is gone but they froze it. The hacker is currently using my account and gamertag with my Xbox Live and games.Their agents are straight up jerks, they give attitude and act like your interrupting their time.

GBXbox customer service is non existent Xbox customer service is non existent, I am actually gutted I bought my son an Xbox and not a PS after this. He is 11 and accidentally bought a game from the store, he immediately realised heād clicked the wrong thing and cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was granted but the Microsoft Xbox have not refunded the Ā£75 itās been over 2 weeks. We have called 3 times and been told they have an error globally and we have to manually request it now. It says something when they have to steal of little kids to get profit!!!! Buy a PlayStation and save yourself the hassle.
