Excellent customer service. Excellent customer service. There was a fault with my Xbox. Printed off a label, posted back free of charge. Received back within data all fixed. Superb

There Is No Support What support? They've stopped any support whatsoever. Try filling out their stupid boxes with something more complex than 'I can't sign in' and you'll come up against a brick wall, with no help available. Useless and CAN NOT RECOMMEND And while we at it...I sent back a 6 month old controller to you to be fixed. They returned another broken controller! But when I tried to register the new broken controller to return it, I was met with the statement that the controller was out of warranty! I'd accept this if you were criminals...instead you're just CNUTS

The worst computing device ever made by… The worst computing device ever made by humans. Series X useless for FM 23 RAM and VRAM totally insufficient and no tools to clean the junk out. No replies for Xbox Support, Microsoft or TURN10. totally fraudulent NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should never be on the market. No refunds nothing just totally useless junk, typical Bill Gates con.

Xbox let me down Xbox let me down . I was away for one day and came back to seeing “console is banned” . My Xbox was bought from a past relative of mine . They’re no longer around and you’ve took it off me . Worse part about it , I’ve done nothing . I checked enforcement page . I had 0/8 strikes . Yes 0 . So I rung up and they hung up . Two times !! All I wanted to know was why or how ? But you can’t get through to enforcement team other than on the site. But the site take you in a big loop . I type my number in and it won’t allow a call back . It’s horrible ! Been with you guys for 17/18 years now , all I’ve done is played Xbox and not once stepped out of line !! Not once ! Where’s my reasoning for a ban ? Are you going to replace my Xbox ? No of course not . You cannot replace something sentimental . It’s shocking and to be honest it’s sad too . It’s a good community but you just ban the wrong people . Like where’s the proof ? What have I done ? When did I do anything wrong ?? Why and how can you take something off me that I’ve paid for ? I’ve not done anything wrong !! I’ve spent well over £8000+ on games , consoles , controllers , accessories and bundles for Xbox and like that it’s gone . It’s also I’ve read up agaisnt the law to ban people in Europe from stopping them playing online games that they’ve purchased . Just so sad I’ve got this sentimental gift just still now . It’s not replaceable . I could understand if I stepped out of line but that’s not like me and if I did I’d want evidence . But you just don’t provide it and when confronted you hang up the phone or put people in a loop hole .

Identification fraudster/hacker and… SCUMBAGS Identification fraudster/hacker and cyber stalker harrasing and pestering me while playing my CPU games. Also hacked my modern warfare on Xbox one and ruined my games on multiple occasions. Fight night champion also hacked by a spy an intruder and trespasser at the property. You have now been banned from my account and bank until the culprits have been removed and the issue resolved there will be no more business for Xbox on any of my accounts. I want an explanation as it cost me money on a subscription service. Also now cancelled. Also no means of contact in order to speak to a customer service representative through email or by telephone. Have you anything to say for yourself? @XBOX been a customer for over 15 years.
