GBXbox let me down Xbox let me down . I was away for one day and came back to seeing “console is banned” . My Xbox was bought from a past relative of mine . They’re no longer around and you’ve took it off me . Worse part about it , I’ve done nothing . I checked enforcement page . I had 0/8 strikes . Yes 0 . So I rung up and they hung up . Two times !! All I wanted to know was why or how ? But you can’t get through to enforcement team other than on the site. But the site take you in a big loop . I type my number in and it won’t allow a call back . It’s horrible ! Been with you guys for 17/18 years now , all I’ve done is played Xbox and not once stepped out of line !! Not once ! Where’s my reasoning for a ban ? Are you going to replace my Xbox ? No of course not . You cannot replace something sentimental . It’s shocking and to be honest it’s sad too . It’s a good community but you just ban the wrong people . Like where’s the proof ? What have I done ? When did I do anything wrong ?? Why and how can you take something off me that I’ve paid for ? I’ve not done anything wrong !! I’ve spent well over £8000+ on games , consoles , controllers , accessories and bundles for Xbox and like that it’s gone . It’s also I’ve read up agaisnt the law to ban people in Europe from stopping them playing online games that they’ve purchased . Just so sad I’ve got this sentimental gift just still now . It’s not replaceable . I could understand if I stepped out of line but that’s not like me and if I did I’d want evidence . But you just don’t provide it and when confronted you hang up the phone or put people in a loop hole .

GBGame purchases missing I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?

GBPlease buy a PS5 like I did last year I got an Xbox series s for christmas in 2022, and I loved it. Until, in February 2023, I was on Rec Room. I recorded a good video. That video then got uploaded to Xbox Network. I loved that video that I recorded, because it was silly. And then later that night, I looked for that video and it appears to be gone, even though I uploaded it to the cloud. Yes, I deleted the video from my console but the video would still be there in the cloud even if it was deleted from the Xbox. It doesn't make sense. How can you recover a video that was deleted by Xbox from both the console and the Xbox network? Also, who uses batteries on a controller in 2024? This isn't some children's toy! So on April 4 2023 I picked up the PS5 from walmart and I loved it and the games. So, it was time for me to start console wars again (but in a destructive way). On May 1 2023, I intentionally dropped the Xbox from upstairs to the living room floor (that's what it gets for deleting a precious video without MY consent) and smashed it. I then threw it in the garbage where it goes. I had an Xbox One S and it also crapped out in July 2022. Buy PS4 or PS5 instead. I may not like the PS Plus subscription but at least PLAYSTATION doesn't delete any of my videos without my permission! One more thing, Xbox makes you PAY to change your gamertag! PS doesn't do that, you just need to sign in to your PSN account! Don't buy an Xbox. Notes: 1: The date I saved the video on the Xbox was sometime in February 2023. Due to trustpilot's rule that the date of experience has to be within the last year, when I updated this review today, I just put 04/10. 2: The video was appropriate. Regret #1: I should've just kept the Xbox because I wanted to play the older Xbox 360 throwbacks Regret #2: I had some precious games on there (I could just buy that on PS5)

GBBricked after 15 months light use. After only having my console for 15 months (to the day) with only light use it crashed mid game and bricked itself. I contacted Microsoft who said they can do out of warranty repairs for the tiny sum of £294!! Given that’s nearly the price of a new one I’d hate paying that much for what effectively will be a refurbished unit. Shambolic product if it can’t even make it 18 months. These items should really come with a minimum 2 year warranty. Ridiculous.

AUBought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!
