GBLet us contact REAL PEOPLE Xbox was trying to charge me £20 to ‘purchase’ Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War which I had already bought years ago. To fix this issue of course I needed to contact customer support only to find out it is literally impossible to speak to a real person as they wouldn’t give me a call back.

GBIdentification fraudster/hacker and… SCUMBAGS Identification fraudster/hacker and cyber stalker harrasing and pestering me while playing my CPU games. Also hacked my modern warfare on Xbox one and ruined my games on multiple occasions. Fight night champion also hacked by a spy an intruder and trespasser at the property. You have now been banned from my account and bank until the culprits have been removed and the issue resolved there will be no more business for Xbox on any of my accounts. I want an explanation as it cost me money on a subscription service. Also now cancelled. Also no means of contact in order to speak to a customer service representative through email or by telephone. Have you anything to say for yourself? @XBOX been a customer for over 15 years.

GBGame purchases missing I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?

GBMy account been suspended for year now… My account has been suspended for a year now. enforcement team is useless. They never listen to you or anything like that, and I still have no idea what the reason is for the suspension. Account Reinstatement is useless "We received your service request and after review, I found Two-Step Verification (TSV) has been enabled on the account." You can't get your account back if it's suspended. I don't recommend Xbox.
