Let us contact REAL PEOPLE Xbox was trying to charge me £20 to ‘purchase’ Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War which I had already bought years ago. To fix this issue of course I needed to contact customer support only to find out it is literally impossible to speak to a real person as they wouldn’t give me a call back.

Game purchases missing I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?

Bought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!

My account been suspended for year now… My account has been suspended for a year now. enforcement team is useless. They never listen to you or anything like that, and I still have no idea what the reason is for the suspension. Account Reinstatement is useless "We received your service request and after review, I found Two-Step Verification (TSV) has been enabled on the account." You can't get your account back if it's suspended. I don't recommend Xbox.

Xbox let me down Xbox let me down . I was away for one day and came back to seeing “console is banned” . My Xbox was bought from a past relative of mine . They’re no longer around and you’ve took it off me . Worse part about it , I’ve done nothing . I checked enforcement page . I had 0/8 strikes . Yes 0 . So I rung up and they hung up . Two times !! All I wanted to know was why or how ? But you can’t get through to enforcement team other than on the site. But the site take you in a big loop . I type my number in and it won’t allow a call back . It’s horrible ! Been with you guys for 17/18 years now , all I’ve done is played Xbox and not once stepped out of line !! Not once ! Where’s my reasoning for a ban ? Are you going to replace my Xbox ? No of course not . You cannot replace something sentimental . It’s shocking and to be honest it’s sad too . It’s a good community but you just ban the wrong people . Like where’s the proof ? What have I done ? When did I do anything wrong ?? Why and how can you take something off me that I’ve paid for ? I’ve not done anything wrong !! I’ve spent well over £8000+ on games , consoles , controllers , accessories and bundles for Xbox and like that it’s gone . It’s also I’ve read up agaisnt the law to ban people in Europe from stopping them playing online games that they’ve purchased . Just so sad I’ve got this sentimental gift just still now . It’s not replaceable . I could understand if I stepped out of line but that’s not like me and if I did I’d want evidence . But you just don’t provide it and when confronted you hang up the phone or put people in a loop hole .
