Trash! Trash! ...and every time I purchase Xbox live to game with friends, it gets WORSE! It is consistently trash across all games. For your sanity, and enjoyment of gaming, play on ANY OTHER NETWORK. No support at all. Gigabytes of self-help pages but none of it works. It's designed to distract people from finding solutions or realising there is no support. Xbox is done! Microsoft is a scam. Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, save yourself the grief and don't buy anything Microsoft. My account was hacked and they said to give them 72 hrs, I called back and now they tell me the account is gone but they froze it. The hacker is currently using my account and gamertag with my Xbox Live and games.Their agents are straight up jerks, they give attitude and act like your interrupting their time.

Bought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!

My account been suspended for year now… My account has been suspended for a year now. enforcement team is useless. They never listen to you or anything like that, and I still have no idea what the reason is for the suspension. Account Reinstatement is useless "We received your service request and after review, I found Two-Step Verification (TSV) has been enabled on the account." You can't get your account back if it's suspended. I don't recommend Xbox.
