Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, save yourself the grief and don't buy anything Microsoft. My account was hacked and they said to give them 72 hrs, I called back and now they tell me the account is gone but they froze it. The hacker is currently using my account and gamertag with my Xbox Live and games.Their agents are straight up jerks, they give attitude and act like your interrupting their time.

Game purchases missing I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?

Trash! Trash! ...and every time I purchase Xbox live to game with friends, it gets WORSE! It is consistently trash across all games. For your sanity, and enjoyment of gaming, play on ANY OTHER NETWORK. No support at all. Gigabytes of self-help pages but none of it works. It's designed to distract people from finding solutions or realising there is no support. Xbox is done! Microsoft is a scam. The worst computing device ever made by… The worst computing device ever made by humans. Series X useless for FM 23 RAM and VRAM totally insufficient and no tools to clean the junk out. No replies for Xbox Support, Microsoft or TURN10. totally fraudulent NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should never be on the market. No refunds nothing just totally useless junk, typical Bill Gates con.

Bricked after 15 months light use. After only having my console for 15 months (to the day) with only light use it crashed mid game and bricked itself. I contacted Microsoft who said they can do out of warranty repairs for the tiny sum of £294!! Given that’s nearly the price of a new one I’d hate paying that much for what effectively will be a refurbished unit. Shambolic product if it can’t even make it 18 months. These items should really come with a minimum 2 year warranty. Ridiculous.
