GBIdentification fraudster/hacker and… SCUMBAGS Identification fraudster/hacker and cyber stalker harrasing and pestering me while playing my CPU games. Also hacked my modern warfare on Xbox one and ruined my games on multiple occasions. Fight night champion also hacked by a spy an intruder and trespasser at the property. You have now been banned from my account and bank until the culprits have been removed and the issue resolved there will be no more business for Xbox on any of my accounts. I want an explanation as it cost me money on a subscription service. Also now cancelled. Also no means of contact in order to speak to a customer service representative through email or by telephone. Have you anything to say for yourself? @XBOX been a customer for over 15 years.

GBXbox customer service is non existent Xbox customer service is non existent, I am actually gutted I bought my son an Xbox and not a PS after this. He is 11 and accidentally bought a game from the store, he immediately realised he’d clicked the wrong thing and cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was granted but the Microsoft Xbox have not refunded the £75 it’s been over 2 weeks. We have called 3 times and been told they have an error globally and we have to manually request it now. It says something when they have to steal of little kids to get profit!!!! Buy a PlayStation and save yourself the hassle.

GBDon't ever buy Xbox their money grubbing scumbags So I've been a Xbox user for many years it was my go to console, but now it's been ruined by recent changes over the past year, I can't even put in a complaint about this to them, when asking anyone in the community to try see what others though and put a complaint in they silence me like dictators, So Xbox has changed with the new home page meaning even more ads you can't even find your own stuff for ads constantly all over the page or change your page, No free games anymore, Rewards have turned gaming into a chore everyday taking all fun from gaming for me, used to be a few minutes each day and the odd hour task a week, now it's at least a hour each day and I've found I only turned on my Xbox to do the rewards tasks and just got so tired of it, Weekly streaks for rewards just got taken away like they ment nothing just 1 week short of a 270 week streak and a 10 week streak reward ( 5 years I did it for never missed a week ) Can't even complain because the dictatorship at Xbox wants to silence me, Well I won't be silenced if you want a games console but playstation, free games, no ad bs all over your home page, rewards aren't a chore to spend hours doing takes minutes and if you need help you can get it unlike Xbox who F u over at every turn I only wanted to complain at the state they've done things but never they try to silence me 😡 F u Xbox you will never silence me you scumbags 😡😡😡😡

GBNon Existent Customer Support I tried to contact Xbox regarding an issue where the controller was not working correctly - it isn't pausing DVDs. I already looked through their help resources and went through their troubleshooting guides. They straight up refused to let me contact anyone. "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue." How the heck is it legal for them to simply refuse to provide customer support for their products?

AUBought a used XBOX series X in November… Bought a used XBOX series X in November which came with 2 controllers, & active warranty. I registered the console onto my Microsoft account right away. One of the controller had issue with a button. I then filed a claim online, then was requested to ship it with paid postage. 2 weeks after, I had the replacement arrived. A month later, the 2nd controller had the same issue, & I went through all the claim process, & had it replaced as well. What a deal!!!! Great work Microsoft!!!
