Xbox customer service is non existent Xbox customer service is non existent, I am actually gutted I bought my son an Xbox and not a PS after this. He is 11 and accidentally bought a game from the store, he immediately realised he’d clicked the wrong thing and cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was granted but the Microsoft Xbox have not refunded the £75 it’s been over 2 weeks. We have called 3 times and been told they have an error globally and we have to manually request it now. It says something when they have to steal of little kids to get profit!!!! Buy a PlayStation and save yourself the hassle.

My account been suspended for year now… My account has been suspended for a year now. enforcement team is useless. They never listen to you or anything like that, and I still have no idea what the reason is for the suspension. Account Reinstatement is useless "We received your service request and after review, I found Two-Step Verification (TSV) has been enabled on the account." You can't get your account back if it's suspended. I don't recommend Xbox.

Let us contact REAL PEOPLE Xbox was trying to charge me £20 to ‘purchase’ Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War which I had already bought years ago. There Is No Support What support? They've stopped any support whatsoever. Try filling out their stupid boxes with something more complex than 'I can't sign in' and you'll come up against a brick wall, with no help available. Useless and CAN NOT RECOMMEND And while we at it...I sent back a 6 month old controller to you to be fixed. They returned another broken controller! But when I tried to register the new broken controller to return it, I was met with the statement that the controller was out of warranty! I'd accept this if you were criminals...instead you're just CNUTS

Don't ever buy Xbox their money grubbing scumbags So I've been a Xbox user for many years it was my go to console, but now it's been ruined by recent changes over the past year, I can't even put in a complaint about this to them, when asking anyone in the community to try see what others though and put a complaint in they silence me like dictators, So Xbox has changed with the new home page meaning even more ads you can't even find your own stuff for ads constantly all over the page or change your page, No free games anymore, Rewards have turned gaming into a chore everyday taking all fun from gaming for me, used to be a few minutes each day and the odd hour task a week, now it's at least a hour each day and I've found I only turned on my Xbox to do the rewards tasks and just got so tired of it, Weekly streaks for rewards just got taken away like they ment nothing just 1 week short of a 270 week streak and a 10 week streak reward ( 5 years I did it for never missed a week ) Can't even complain because the dictatorship at Xbox wants to silence me, Well I won't be silenced if you want a games console but playstation, free games, no ad bs all over your home page, rewards aren't a chore to spend hours doing takes minutes and if you need help you can get it unlike Xbox who F u over at every turn I only wanted to complain at the state they've done things but never they try to silence me 😡 F u Xbox you will never silence me you scumbags 😡😡😡😡
