GBDreadful - Dispute the Transaction As noted below, their customer service is appalling. The worst I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they not provide the service purchased, the chat service was inaccessible on all my devices; I attempted umpteen times. They refused to respond via any other channel and just resent the same useless instructions. I raised a chargeback with my bank and disputed the transaction and would advise others to do the same vs. wrestling with their broken servicing tools.

GBAppalling Appalling! Absolutely shameful online purchase. I bought a game expecting it to be as stated as a labyrinth game. It had sexual content which I found abhorrent. I contacted service desk immediately asking for a refund but what a waste of time!!! Seriously avoid buying anything from them online unless 100% sure. You won’t get any help with a refund. Basically they don’t care at all about customers. Money grabbing liars.

CADespite all the bad reviews Despite all the bad reviews, I’ve had a really neutral or generally positive experience with Nintendo, their website and customer service. joycons: I had to get like 8 repaired, which is crazy, but they really sat on the phone with me and walked through every single one to make sure they were broken and I shipped them for free, and received them again free of charge with no issues. I didn’t go through their website and instead called, and maybe that was the point of difference for me? If I’ve ever had issues I’ve called them and their customer service people are nice and helpful (shout out to Chris from Vancouver). Their online store: always ships super fast, this particular experience is reminiscing on spending some platinum points for a free item and getting it not even a week later in perfect condition. They often have merch you can’t get from other places. Though it would be nice if they would announce when preorders were dropping for collectors editions 😩

GBI hate Nintendo with a passion. Bad company, copystrikes everything even if its for old IPs, quite literally the most anti-consumer company ever. It's insane how they are still in business.

BRTotal disrespect towards the customer Dear Nintendo professionals, good afternoon. I am still unable to use any credit card on my Nintendo account. I have opened accounts in other countries where I have residency and bank accounts with cards issued by those countries, and in none of them am I allowed to make purchases. I have bank accounts and Nintendo accounts in the USA, Brazil, and Argentina, and in none of them can I use any credit card. I have tried dozens of cards, cancelled and requested new cards from banks, tried single-use or fixed-use virtual cards, tried physical cards, and so far, nothing. Not only have you not solved the problem, but you also do not provide any explanation. You don't tell me if something might be wrong, you don't tell me if you simply don't allow me to use them because you don't like me, you don't tell me if it's prejudice against me, you don't tell me anything. You don't provide any decent contact channel, you don't care about customers who want to spend money with your company. Do you realize this? I am trying to spend my money on your company and you won't let me do that. What a complete disregard, it's lamentable. I await any explanation that is minimally plausible. I can only conclude that Nintendo has some prejudiced reason for preventing me from spending my money on their company, because it is not possible that a world leader in games and technology cannot simply provide a coherent explanation of why they don't allow me to use any credit card. This is a consumer disregard. I have provided the console serial number, all the details of the dozens of cards I tried to use, account information, everything, and incredibly these incredible professionals responded to me as follows: "we cannot help you with this issue. We cannot share any more information,"... Can't you even say why you won't let me buy from your company? Is that what you're going to tell me? It must be something prejudiced against me, it can only be.
