GBAbsolutely awful repair service Absolutely awful customer service! I will never buy another Nintendo. I sent my device to be repaired under the warranty. However they won’t complete the repair without me paying £70 to replace a screen which has tiny scratches on it. Bearing in mind I did not send my device to be repaired for cosmetic wear and tear but because the gaming was slow. They’re trying to make money on a a repair that should initially be free. Absolutely ridiculous!

GBAppalling non existent customer support Appalling non existent customer support. Just automated replies that solve absolutely nothing. They don't even read the messages you send them, just have a bot send automated replies. Pathetic and this lack of support should be illegal!

GBStay away Absolutely disgusting! The console is two months old, stopped working and there telling me I need to pay £ 158 to get it fixed and if I don’t pay the £158 there send it back to me still broken. stay away from this awful customer service its terrible, and they were laughing at me on the phone avoid Nintendo!!!

GBWHY Android?!🤦 Android! Why did you create Three Fakemon Pokémon Apps on Android Smartphones? Monster Masters Pokedex was called Evertale! Summoner's Quests had the wrong screenshot discriptions! Frenzy Gym was Trainer Emblem! Qihang, Elite Game Puzzle, and CLife Studio had really game infringed on Legalized Pokémon Games. There's A Lot Of Fake Heart Gold And Soul Silver Pokémon Games on Android via Google Play, That Their Android Game Development Needs To Be Shut Down! I am not happy Android. I leave this up to the Nintendo Authorities to fix this.

GBBuyer Beware Engages in predatorial practices....Keeps charging my account even though my daughter hasn't had an active account with this company for more than 3 years. I would suggest buying a gift card to pay for anything online with Nintendo, this way you won't have to waste an insurmountable time dealing with customer representatives who don't know how to address the questionable practices of their company. In my case, on 4/14/2024 around 10 a.m. in the morning "Nathan" the supervisor -- who told me, a national news reporter he was going "educate me" -- hung up on me....Real professional Nathan. I will be looking into the unethical practices of this company and how far reaching it is. Caveat emptor.
