if I could give em a negative stars I… if I could give em a negative stars I would there are all about the money. They changed passwords for all fallen earth people I got no email for it and now I cant log in, wont let me change my email address cause it wont send me an email link to do so. AND I send a few emails which they DONT EVEN BOTH TO ANSWER. I paid for this game for years but I dont play it anymore on a regular basis and stopped so IM guessing since I dont pay any more they just dont care they only want the money. Dont both there games arent that great they dont update them EVER there just milking you for your money. STOP before you get started just better that way

MoneyFirst Terrible company only looking to drain as much money from their players as they can with a notorious nickname like MoneyFirst. Similar to Ubisoft but on a smaller scale.

Bans Legit Players, Endorses and Protects pedophiles Was banned for reporting pedophiles to the admins. The pedos happened to be friends with the admins so I was ignored, when I reported them again I was banned for "sexual harassment". Report gamersfirst to the FBI for fraud and harbouring pedophiles. Don't buy anything, and definitely do not let your children play this game.

Disgustingly Unprofessional Nothing remotely close to a working game. Even after six emabarrassing years. Backsteps, bugs, and BS abound for an irresponsible and directionless company that has spent years floundering a game with a dedicated fanbase who wish nothing more than the sale of the IP to a more successful publisher. Server performance is completely unplayable and despite endless pleas the company will not even address the problem. The best vets and streamers have all quit due to admitted frustration with the untenable BS. Be prepared to get teabagged as every one of your shots fails register.

customer support + FF mix ban with legits Bad customer support, its like they are typing the same information over and over again like they have a script for each common problem and know what to respond to it. Been playing the game for years and supported the game $600+, pro apb player recently ban, no full investigation at all doesn't Treat people with some decency automated message sent to your inbox "We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was observed using third-party tool which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed and no further action will be taken on this account. which doesn't even address the problem when you weren't even cheating or using a hack. yet Tiggs the community manager states "For those that claim, omg I wasn't cheating... yes, yes you were and you've been caught.". ignorant? though Fairfight already has a long history of false banning on other games just google it.
