Some Mods violate their own rules then… Some Mods violate their own rules then you get the ban hammer and loose multiple accounts for violating the same rules as said mods. They really need to look into their employee system. Crazy how they can violate it with little to no repercussions and it gets swept under the rug. This new jagex account thing is an attempt to fix it but a way for them to hit you even harder. DO NOT IMPORT YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS LEAVE SECURITY AT YOUR HANDS NOT THE DOWNFALL OF THIS SYSTEM.

The game is fun and all except they pay… The game is fun and all except they pay more attention to people buying gold than the actual bot farms themselves. Also, their customer support is by far the worst thing I have ever seen. A simple google search on how to submit a ticket is nearly impossible I had to go to their twitter account from a tweet in 2017 to get access to submit a ticket. When they answered me they must use some bot to type because they literally copied and pasted from there website which is not what I was looking for @ Mod Adrijana

Do not Jagex cannot keep their servers online. They still act like they're only three dudes in the UK despite raking in millions from their userbase for two decades. Unacceptable, punishing, pointless, cookie clicker game.

Terrible management Terrible management. Their anti-cheating system doesn't work at all. My maxed account got banned for "botting" even though I've never botted in my life. I request a manual evaluation. My account name is "Ryoshi". You can check the username and see I've been playing the game on the same account since 2011, which is literally 12 years. Please fix this as I've spent literal years playing on this account just for it to get banned for no valid reason.
