endless game-play endless game-play, multi national, good social venue for some hardened players, the glitches and bugs have been improved a considerable amount since i first started playing. the old school look by far my favourite theme is so fluid. they've made a great exciting game that can literally take over your life if you allow it.

Terrible, unhelpful, lazy. That's all Jagex CS is. Opened a ticket about a bug that affected my account very negatively. I got an automated response from Mod Adrijana, who, from a quick Google search, appears to always do this. This CS representative should be reprimanded, if not outright fired for refusal to do their job. Jagex, your customer support employees are the public face of your company. You should ensure they do what they're paid to do.

Plenty of bugs which they know about for months now and refuse to fix, but as soon as there is a bug where people could use money on they fix it instantly. Near impossible to reach customer service, they even call you names or threaten you as soon as you get in touch with them. Game crashes a lot only pay to win now. You het wromgfully banned really fast, a lot of corrupt moderators

Jagex locked my account when i used a… Jagex locked my account when i used a new credit card for suspicious activities. I provided legitimate information to prove it was me. They denied me, after taking $80 for a year membership. I started the game in 2005. Thats how they treat their loyal, rule-following players.

Terrible company with 0 customer… Terrible company with 0 customer support. Cant even change my own account's email cause of their stupid security. They will deny you even with all the correct information. See ya account that I worked hard on and still can login into but cant change email when jagex accounts comes. Reddit is no better and the mods on there cite stupid rules before even posting your review. If this is how things are run now, our future isnt looking good.
