GBThis is a very poor company to buy from... So, I purchased an item that was reviewed by Matt Granit...I bought it for my daughters birthday present and so she could use it for her classes. Scientific said it was shipped, we did not receive it...and they couldn't prove delivery. Rather than take care of the issue Scientific screwed around, I had to put the purchase in dispurpte and find another simular item. They don't make it easy to buy from, they don't make it easy to work with...in short they don't care about the Customer.

GBProducts look good online Not too happy with the items i purchased, they look a lot better online than they do in life. The moon shoes are not worth even half what I paid for them, very cheaply made and the same goes for the Newton's cradle. Unfortunately i cannot send them back as they were gifts. I won't purchase from this site again though. They were delivered according to site specifications and this is the 2 star rating.

GBSent Broken Toy, Return Policy is Cryptic (but TBD) I ordered a DIY game console for my son when it arrived we found out you need a specific toolkit to put it together, but Scientifics Direct doesn't sell it. So we ordered it on Amazon. Then, after 6 hours of putting the toy together, my son went to turn it on and... nothing. It doesn't work. Now it looks like you can't return opened packages? But what if they're defective? The item itself is sold out now, so it might be a moot point, but I hope we can get our money back! I've got a very sad 12-year-old boy right now, and Mama, too, after spending $140 on a toy that doesn't work. :(

GBReceived damaged box with item missing. Ordered on 1/30/17. Received on 2/4/17. Box was damaged and item #3153162 was missing but other 2 items were still in box. I called right away, sent pictures of the box and was told another would be sent right away. Never received it.

GBdelivery date subject to change without notice I ordered a Christmas gift on the 16th and delivery date was set to be before Dec. 23. On Dec. 20 I was sent the tracking number - the next day the tracking showed a delivery date of Dec. 27. The customer service person on the phone just kept repeating that delivery dates can't be guaranteed after the item is shipped and that there was no way to cancel the order or change shipping speed. I won't be using this company again - there are plenty of other places that DO ship and have items arrive on the date specified.
