Their return policy is to charge a 20%… Their return policy is to charge a 20% restocking fee for items like their Icee Machine. The product is horrible and tedious to use. It takes you hours to make an icee and the instructions are in 3 different places and tell you 3 different methods. They also make you pay shipping to send items back so if it's a larger item I wouldn't bother buying it. Customer service is two thumbs down!

Received damaged box with item missing. Ordered on 1/30/17. Received on 2/4/17. Box was damaged and item #3153162 was missing but other 2 items were still in box. I called right away, sent pictures of the box and was told another would be sent right away. Never received it.

The axle jumped over the glass holder … The axle jumped over the glass holder because it was to loose for the axle to spin. I had to use a small piece of wood as a wedge to hold the glass to the appropriate distance . Also the axle balance is very poor, I don´t think it´s balanced at all. I wouldn´t recommend it.

Shipping is terrible Shipping is terrible! they use Fed X that is usually always horrible with timely deliveries.

Slow delivery time and no updates for what you pay for shipping costs I placed my order on January 18th. As of today, February 6th, I STILL have not received my order nor have I had any updates on delivery. I have paid over $20 for shipping, albeit, I am in Hawaii, but I would think that if I am paying that much for shipping, it would not take over two weeks to receive it. I got my shipping notification the same day I made my order from UPS. Great! It's being shipped via UPS! There was no estimated delivery date, but hey, that's okay because UPS is relatively fast. January 25th, one week later, I check the status, and it says that it has reached California and transferred to the USPS! No notification via email. If I didn't check myself, I wouldn't have known. There's no link to track for USPS, so I need to go onto another website to check the status, and now the estimated delivery date is today, February 6th! Well, the mail has come and gone, and I still do not have my order. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. If I had some notification or estimated delivery time frame in the beginning when I ordered that it would take this long (what I ordered was a gift and the child's birthday has past already), I probably would not have ordered this item, especially with the cost of the shipping.
