GBJOKE!!! I was.supposed to receive a full refund of a controller "i" purchased which i couldnt use WITHOUT the usb they were supposed to provide, now i have received an email saying i have been refunded and there isno money there!!! Defo telling my mates ect to.avoid this bulls**t company

GBAbsolute awful customer service Absolute awful customer service whereby they don't adhere to distance buying and selling regulations. Incredibly unhelpful and damn right rude on telephone and via email. Avoid at all costs!

GBReceive points in seconds? No States on website 24/7 service but they are closed when you call at weekends and had to call 3 days later to request they send them. Wasn't happy, also asked me for a landline telephone number to authorise the payment? I had already entered my bank passcode on the bank verification page, isn't that authorised enough?!

GBMs points code did not work Hi I have been trying to contact you for the last few days as the code you gave me for the ms points did not work please tell me why , I ordered 800 ms points and it said code already active or something like that I tried it several times and still the same please could I get a full refund or a new code thanks please contact me on [email protected] ty

GBLittle effort from Gamesbite. I order MS points and it said they would be processed and given in 10-15 minutes and about 1 hour later I received an email saying they had no stock which made me worry why they are selling the product and where my money was. I contact them via their messaging service available online and they insisted I'd have it in the next hour. About 2 hours later I still hadn't received it and I again contacted them and again they insisted it would be processed in the next hour. It got to about 1.55pm on a Friday so I checked their phone number and opening hours and saw they shut at 2pm on a Friday and so I called them and to my surprise someone answered but was very unresponsive on the phone but even more to my surprise, it was processed and given in 5-6 minutes. Shocking service, won't be using again.
