GBWould give them 0 stars if possible Would give them 0 stars if possible. An item they sent me was delivered to the wrong address (I have proof!) and they won't respond to my messages about it. I tried phoning the number on their website, but when I said "Gamesbite" the person who answered hung up on me! Furthur calls went straight to voice mail. Unbelievable customer service!

GBUnhappy, very unhappy Ordered 3mth gold membership, knew it would have to wait until office hours. So waited and order had been closed, phoned and was told I didnt pass system checks and had been declined and money would be refunded. What checks?? Its not a loan or credit, I pay you for something and you give me my product. Money has been taken to clearly that wasnt the issue, what is?? Guy on the phone couldnt even tell me what I had failed, useless. Used to be happy with gamesbite, not anymore!!

GBLittle effort from Gamesbite. I order MS points and it said they would be processed and given in 10-15 minutes and about 1 hour later I received an email saying they had no stock which made me worry why they are selling the product and where my money was. I contact them via their messaging service available online and they insisted I'd have it in the next hour. About 2 hours later I still hadn't received it and I again contacted them and again they insisted it would be processed in the next hour. It got to about 1.55pm on a Friday so I checked their phone number and opening hours and saw they shut at 2pm on a Friday and so I called them and to my surprise someone answered but was very unresponsive on the phone but even more to my surprise, it was processed and given in 5-6 minutes. Shocking service, won't be using again.

GBCodes did not arrive. I ordered some xbox points on Sunday, my account login details etc came through straight away but no codes. waited over 3 hours and still no code so emailed to cancel my order. I received a response on the Monday advising that my card had gone to fraud review and order was cancelled. I used my card on two more occasions later that day and both transactions went through. I guess these people are just not available at weekends in which case they shouldn't offer 24/7 codes.

GBSimply didn't deliver as claimed! I ordered 1200 Microsoft XBox points for my 9 year old son on Saturday night and chose Gamesbite simply because they would deliver the code within 5 minutes by e-mail. A few hours later and no e-mail, my son went to bed very disappointed. The e-mail was finally sent Monday morning (5 mins had become nearly 40 hours!). The only reason that Gamesbite obtained my business was due to the very short delivery time. They have not performed as advertised and have essentially obtained my business on false pretenses. This review could have been avoided by Gamesbite if I had received an apology and some form of tangible compensation but no such communication was received. I will not be ordering from them again.
