JOKE!!! I was.supposed to receive a full refund of a controller "i" purchased which i couldnt use WITHOUT the usb they were supposed to provide, now i have received an email saying i have been refunded and there isno money there!!! Defo telling my mates ect to.avoid this bulls**t company

Simply didn't deliver as claimed! I ordered 1200 Microsoft XBox points for my 9 year old son on Saturday night and chose Gamesbite simply because they would deliver the code within 5 minutes by e-mail. A few hours later and no e-mail, my son went to bed very disappointed. The e-mail was finally sent Monday morning (5 mins had become nearly 40 hours!). The only reason that Gamesbite obtained my business was due to the very short delivery time. They have not performed as advertised and have essentially obtained my business on false pretenses. This review could have been avoided by Gamesbite if I had received an apology and some form of tangible compensation but no such communication was received. I will not be ordering from them again.

annoyed I have purchased from this site before with no problem but the last time I used it I was charged sent emails confirming my purchase but I have had no code sent. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be using the site again.

Horrible. We have waited two days still no code We purchased the 2100 points from them. Made two attempts by phone, two by email, and one by live chat of which none worked. In the end we have still heard nothing from them we ultimately opted to go to the store and buy a card since we still haven't heard anything. Buyers be warned!!!!!!

Would give them 0 stars if possible Would give them 0 stars if possible. An item they sent me was delivered to the wrong address (I have proof!) and they won't respond to my messages about it. I tried phoning the number on their website, but when I said "Gamesbite" the person who answered hung up on me! Furthur calls went straight to voice mail. Unbelievable customer service!
