GBVery poor I would like to know where my order is I never received the parcel still hasn't come not happy and than asking me to write a review ....,,, to reply they have refunded my money than why would you ask me to do a review just because I won't let them have my landline no cpamy has it I don't want phones call them they had my mobile and that was good enough so thanks again for your sarcastic message and please don't ever email me again. Yes I understand that put I have the right not to give out my phone number and when I order the parcel it prompt me for my number which it didn't and as you say you all about security post a e- mail on website showing I've had refund on what date and showing the end of card number well done !! As customer I won't us your site again and I will tell everyone I know ...

GBReceive points in seconds? No States on website 24/7 service but they are closed when you call at weekends and had to call 3 days later to request they send them. Wasn't happy, also asked me for a landline telephone number to authorise the payment? I had already entered my bank passcode on the bank verification page, isn't that authorised enough?!

GBstates quick delinery then doesnt deliver purchased xbox points on saturday due to the quick delivery advertsed and as of today im still waiting. yes my account has gone to review but nowhere does it tell you this may happen unless u have sense to read the reviews first (which i didnt) :( and then to top it off no one works over the weekend to process it so thats extra waiting !!!!!

GBannoyed I have purchased from this site before with no problem but the last time I used it I was charged sent emails confirming my purchase but I have had no code sent. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be using the site again.

GBCodes did not arrive. I ordered some xbox points on Sunday, my account login details etc came through straight away but no codes. waited over 3 hours and still no code so emailed to cancel my order. I received a response on the Monday advising that my card had gone to fraud review and order was cancelled. I used my card on two more occasions later that day and both transactions went through. I guess these people are just not available at weekends in which case they shouldn't offer 24/7 codes.
