GBVery poor I would like to know where my order is I never received the parcel still hasn't come not happy and than asking me to write a review ....,,, to reply they have refunded my money than why would you ask me to do a review just because I won't let them have my landline no cpamy has it I don't want phones call them they had my mobile and that was good enough so thanks again for your sarcastic message and please don't ever email me again. Yes I understand that put I have the right not to give out my phone number and when I order the parcel it prompt me for my number which it didn't and as you say you all about security post a e- mail on website showing I've had refund on what date and showing the end of card number well done !! As customer I won't us your site again and I will tell everyone I know ...

GBLittle effort from Gamesbite. I order MS points and it said they would be processed and given in 10-15 minutes and about 1 hour later I received an email saying they had no stock which made me worry why they are selling the product and where my money was. I contact them via their messaging service available online and they insisted I'd have it in the next hour. About 2 hours later I still hadn't received it and I again contacted them and again they insisted it would be processed in the next hour. It got to about 1.55pm on a Friday so I checked their phone number and opening hours and saw they shut at 2pm on a Friday and so I called them and to my surprise someone answered but was very unresponsive on the phone but even more to my surprise, it was processed and given in 5-6 minutes. Shocking service, won't be using again.

GBRestricted purchasing of digital gift codes I wanted to buy xbox gift cards to cover £35 pounds which wasn't available in one gift card so I was aiming to buy a £25 and a £10. The web page said you could only buy one in a transaction - but said nothing about having then to wait 18 hours before buying another. This only became apparent after I had bought the first one. So...I went elsewhere for the other one and will be very cautious in future before committing with Gamesbite.

GBrubbish the second time i tried to buy points for my sons it said reviewing for over 12 hours then it got cancelled ! so now i will buy my points from [External links removed]/ from now on!
